I made an appointment at this store because it’s year round and open by appointment. I drove all the way in just to find the door locked with no one there. I called the 1 – 800 number, they confirmed I had an appointment. Then they tried to get me in in Modesto, but I can’t afford that kind of gas right now. Then I call Modesto to see if they have any idea what’s going on and apparently they called to reschedule to tomorrow. And did. Without ever reaching me. So I didn’t receive a message, but they moved my appointment to a day where I have no availability without even letting me know.
I still have no idea where I’m going to do my taxes.
This was so unbelievably unprofessional. I will never go to this H&R Block again, if any.
