History
Established in 2015.
2014: Chef Yoke relocated to the MS Delta with a business plan ready to start deltaFOOD LLC after spending several years working in the culinary scene in Houston, TX, and mastering his craft by completing a culinary degree and certification.
2015: Chef Yoke launches deltaFOOD Café & Catering inside Tunica Airport, located at 209 S. Airport Blvd, Tunica, MS 38 676. The concept offers food made to order to both locals and those travelling and stopping by. The first menu featured Lemon Pepper Freshwater Tilapia and Chicken Salad on Croissant among other popular items.

Chef Yoke is a professionally trained chef native of the Mississippi Delta. His culinary creations are inspired by local produce, fresh herbs and spices, and, most importantly, a desire to see others healthy and well.
