Dr. Golob is flat out fantastic. He is awesome — he spends time answering questions, explains what he is doing and why. He is always on time and you never feel rushed.
Front office staff (one in particular — older lady name starts with M — not trying to be a jerk and throw anyone under the bus) can be rude and indifferent. She is not pleasant and I hate it when I call or come in and she is the one there.
Younger gal is very nice but if you don’t get her on the phone or in person, it can make for non existent customer service.

I’ve been a fan of chiropractic for 25 years. I recently discovered Tumwater Chiropractic and Dr. Lonnie Lowe — let me just say, I’m a huge fan. Knowledgeable, caring, effective, and extremely helpful are just a few of the words that describe Dr. Lowe and his entire staff. I highly recommend this chiropractic clinic.

I called to make an appointment for my husband because I had been a satisfied customer in the past. I quickly decided it was not worth the rudeness I received from the receptionist. Two customers lost which is especially sad when the services you provide are great. Looking at past posts perhaps this problem hasn’t been solved.

Awesome place… awesome people. They will make all those pains go away… at least in your body.
Been going to see Dr. Lowe for about 10 years. His practice has always been accommodating with helpful and friendly staff. From the receptionist, chiropractor to the massuses.
Highly recommend this place.
