Business Owner

Vickie was educated and trained in Los Angeles, California and has enjoyed a career in the beauty industry for over nineteen years.

In 1994 she joined the team at Allen Edwards Salon in Beverly Hills and spent the remainder of her time in Hollywood doing hair and makeup at photo-​shoots, the movie set (acquiring movie credits) and twice for the red carpet (Academy Awards). She was also recognized in 1999 by the California YWCA for her volunteerism with women at a domestic violence intervention shelter.

Since her move to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2002, Vickie has become a certified Japanese Straightening Specialist having trained under Shige Kosuda, Stylist InterCoiffure in Manhattan, New York, at the Milbon USA Studios and she has been trained and certified as educator for the Peter Coppola Keratin Complex Smoothing System in 2009.

Currently, Vickie attends to her clientele in the salon and volunteers as hairdresser for the domestic violence shelter DaySpring Villa.
