Tulsa Botanic Garden is developing on a 170-​acre site just 8 miles northwest of downtown Tulsa. Currently the site includes a seven-​acre lake with a three-​quarter mile walking trail encircled by planting beds with horticultural displays. A one mile hiking trail winds through native Cross Timbers forest and prairie. The A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Floral Terraces, a 3-​acre ornamental garden opened October 2015 and includes 8,000 ornamental plants, 7,000 seasonal plants and one of the largest spring bulb displays in the region (over 100,000 bulbs).

Admission is $ 5. Children 3 – 12 yrs — $ 2. Ages 2 and under are free.

Only service animals are allowed.

Picnicking is allowed– no food service on site.

The Children’s Discovery Garden will open April/​May 2016.
