My service was fantastic. I am only disappointed I cannot remember his name as I waited too long to give this feedback. The food was fine. It certainly would t keep me coming back though. Restaurant wasn’t loud so it was easy to have table Conversation. Good choice for decent priced food.

This was one of my favorite places to eat. I don’t know if it’s because of being able to seat more customers or just getting settled in a new location, but the delivery of the food took a long time and the fries were not fresh and my steak fingers cold. The green beans and gravy was still good.

In the old Charlie Mitchell’s Building… I was glad I asked my friends what the location was since the imaps was taking me to a different location. The atmosphere is okay. If you are ready to pig out and only eat fried foods this is the place to be! Mostly everything on the menu(accept salads) was fried. I like to stay somewhat healthy and hope to have several things to choose from. Not here. I ended up with a side salad. I just can’t justify eating that much fried anything :(

I go here all the time. I usually take it home but when I go in the manager knows me by name! And already know what I want! So awesome.

Not really my kind of food as I am usually pretty conscious of not eating high calorie comfort food. However I always wanted to try this place as I had heard great things about it. I am so glad that I did! This place rocks! The service was fantastic and the food was great. Green bean burger was quite tasty as were the cottage fries and scrumptious gravy-just like yo mamma would make! Will definitely come back when I am in the mood for a gut bomb!

So, this was our third trip to the new location. It was crowded when we arrived(Sunday afternoon) but we were seated rather quickly. Our order was taken then we waited… then our waiter told us that he forgot to put the order in. So we continued to wait. It took about 45 to finally get our food. By the time we got the food it was no longer crowded, but our waiter kept disappearing and making excuses. There are tons of employees there, so it was weird to not have good service. He did give us free cheesecake to go to make up for the inconvenience. the food was just as good as always, but the service was blah. I super love this place and hope they improve their service!

First, let me say the food here was excellent but the service was so bad it was almost comical. I had dinner with a few friends and it seemed like there were about 50 employees running around, but no one seemed to know what was going on, even though it was almost empty when we arrived. No one knew what drinks were available and we had to flag someone down to order our food after about half an hour who said he wasn’t allowed to take orders and wandered off to try and find someone. Getting the checks was the most confusing part. They did ask when we ordered how to split the check but then they still put each meal on a separate ticket then came back and asked again who ordered what and which drinks went with which meal and went to rerun then tickets, several times. Good food, not great if you need anything in any kind of timely manner.

Just the kind of place my fiancé and I were looking for. The food is off the hook! The southern twist was amazing. Be sure to ask for Conner as your server. This kid is super attentive and is great at his job. You can’t leave this place without ordering the Hooli-cand drink.
