Seemed like I was troubling bar staff for coming in. Said they were closing, when they clearly were just trying to get out a little early tonight.

I stopped in here after a long day before my flight. I sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes before the bartender finished his housekeeping and came over to ask if I wanted something. He should have pretty much assume I did since I was sitting at his bar. I asked him for a wine menu and he informed me that out of the 5 white wines they offered, they only had two available. That narrowed it down quick. I asked what he had left and I ended up ordering the Sauvignon Blanc without even asking the price. I mean, it’s TGI Fridays… it should be the usual…$ 12-$ 15. When I got my bill, I was a little sticker shock that it was $ 21/glass. I did double check with him to make sure he didn’t charge me for a bottle because the wine was just Kim Crawford, it might retail at $ 10-$ 13 tops. If you are going to charge me $ 21, you should really serve a better wine so it makes a little more sense. I did try to order the pretzels with cheese and they were out of cheese as well. For an airport location, it was a joke. Slow service, out of multiple things I wanted to order. Who has time for that at the airport?

Lol! This place is quite a show! On this visit, it’s home to the angriest server in Tulsa. I’m sitting close enough to the point of sale machine to get to hear his rants every time he rings something in. Great comedy, but I’m sure glad I’m sitting at the bar! The food is, well, Friday’s. It’ll keep me alive on my flight, but that’s about it.

The service is horrible. I told server I knew what I wanted she left for a while and still did not take it still until I said something. Wings were ok. Guy next to me said he waited 45 minutes for a salad and sandwich!

Slowest service I’ve ever had in an airport! Longer than an off-airport location! We waited ten minutes for a menu, and about 45 minutes for our food. Was the food worth the wait? God no. Worst turkey burger I’ve ever had. So bad. So, so bad.

Worst service ever. I only blame management for not noticing. And to top it off it took so long to get the bill for one drink that I was forced to leave way too much money as it would have taken an eternity to get change. Maybe that is the typical program here to get tips. Very sad.

I never ever leave a bad review(this is actually my first). Ive been in the restaurant industry for more than 10 years, so I understand the ins-and-outs of restaurants on every level. Our server was a tad slow, but he was nice so I didn’t mind just chilling. But we chilled for a whole hour, and when I made a joke about not having the salmon pond close to the airport he finally said«the salmon is coming». It came out over-seared. Mashed potatoes were cold. And spinach under-sautéed. I have never had a combination of slow service and terrible food at the same time. Makes me think«what are they doing back in the kitchen?»…there were like 4 other tables with one-tops.

Yeeesh… Hate to leave a negative but after waiting 45 minutes for a stock appetizer I had to board my flight without food. Less than 15 people, many empty tables. Server apologized, said staff refuses to multi-task, one ticket at a time. Said manager won’t respond to the issue. Woof.

Chicken Noodle soup was lukewarm and tasted like it was Campbell’s. Seated myself and waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and asked about my order. Got my beer and water after 5 minutes. Soup after 10 minutes and still waiting for my salad(15 minutes).plaxe is less than half full so don’t know what the problem is but if this were DFWTGIF, I’d be paying my bill and heading to my gate. But I have a 4 ½ hr wait so what the hell. If you need to catch a flight in less than an hour, keep walking and find another restaurant!

OK. I got in just under the wire — 5:55pm, they close at 6pm. Odd since there are numerous flights out after 6pm. Service was good. Food was OK. Price was high for what you receive — not surprising, given the typical airport markup. I’ll skip it next time.

Complete joke. Sat at 1030am on a Thursday and didn’t get out food till 1150. Came out prepared wrong and had to jump on my plane without eating. Way to represent your city.

Horrible. Service was non existent. I sat at my table for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Then they proceeded to get my order wrong. And finally the food was horrible.

I’ve stopped at the bar here a couple times while waiting for American flights to board. The service is very… uninspired and inattentive to say the least. The bartender gets the job done pouring the beers but for $ 10 for something that normally costs around $ 5, I’d hope the service would be a little more friendly. I’ve never been asked if I wanted to see a menu, and once I order and get my drink it seems like the servers just ignore me indefinitely until I chase them down to tab out. Don’t get me started on the waitresses. They all look miserable and angry and the lady manager I saw this last time seemed straight up hostile. Just glad I didn’t want to order food. Not wretchedly bad but definitely significantly lower quality than most TGI Friday’s experiences, in my opinion.

Disappointing. Sign said seat yourself. After 15 minutes,(in a fairly empty restaurant) no one came to my table. Asked a waitress(1 of 2 or 3 on shift not including the bartender) if I could get a drink and she said someone would be with me. 10 minutes later, no one approached the table and I had to go to the bar to order a drink.

Good turkey burger, quick service, quiet and easy access via the Terminal in TUL. Waitstaff were quick, friendly, pleasant and attentive. Would gladly go back again if time permitted while at the TUL airport.

Good thing there was a flight delay. I almost still didn’t get my food. When it did get it, the food was overcooked and cold. Ugggh.

If the food, service uninspired waitress, or speed could be worse I would be surprised.

Stopped by for lunch while I waited for my flight back to Vegas. I ordered the Appetizer Sampler… Potato Skins, Boneless Chicken Wings, and Mozzarella Cheese. To wash it down, I ordered a tall glass of Stella Artois. The food was typical TGI Fridays… not much to write home about. It was consistent with the food at their other locations. That’s one of the advantages of eating at a chain… you know what you’re going to get. The service was pretty good… the waitress made sure she asked me if I needed anything what seemed to be 100x… i was only there 1 hour! She did a good job. Will I return? Maybe.
