This may read strange but one would have to have the experience to fully appreciate. In all my 46 years of life, NEVER have I experienced what I did December 22, 2015 while I went through a drive-thru! The speaker released a female voice that was clear, soft and super friendly! She was patient while giving descriptions of products I had been unfamiliar with. I pulled forward and was disappointed not to have an opportunity to express my shock and gratitude for her personality and job sincerity. The gentleman whom greeted me was just as polite friendly! He was caring, very attentive, made sure I had everything I needed for my order, and he made eye contact. He seemed like someone who could be anyone’s friend(but without any annoying qualities! Lol!)! Seem like an over-the –top review? No! No, these two people should feel let down by this written testimony. I fail to find the words to make my point about the two employees at Taco Bell near 51st and Harvard.

What can i say im a taco bell fanatic. Since there are no Taco Casa places here in Tulsa, Taco Bell is the next best thing. I get the burritos more then i get actual tacos, cause lets face it tacos ain’t very filling but when you have a ½lb burrito staring at you need i say more. The building its self is quite clean and the staff is friendly, so i would recommend this Taco Bell location to my friends

Great clean store, the staff was nice and polite… love their crunch wrap & nacho cheese taco… yummy! Sometimes it’s a hit and miss with fast food places… there’s times when you get good help and is fast with fresh food at your fingertips. There are sometimes bad day’s where the employees are not happy and don’t even pay attention as to when customers are at the counter waiting to be helped… what can you do? Unilocal! lol got lucky this time and they were actually nice and happy employees… let’s hope it stays like this for future customers ;)

Went by tonight for some«quick» tacos for dinner. I was third in line for the speaker to order and the whole process took almost 30 minutes. I was shocked at how slow it was. The order was correct when I got home, but I would not go back there again when I am looking for«fast food». Nothing fast about it. No apology for the long wait and there was no one in a hurry on the inside. It looked like a zombie group had taken over the restaurant. No sense of urgency at all. When I got home, the food was cold. Long wait, cold food means won’t be going back. That has been a great place to swing by in the past, but something has really changed.

It’s fast food. It’s barely Mexican. But it is good for what it costs. I ate here every other day during the week and lost 30 lbs on their Fresco Menu. I am a fan of Taco Bell. This location in particular. They have the friendliest people behind the counter.

I’ve never had a veggie taco before and never hope to again. If you’re looking for meat on your taco, run(don’t walk) to your nearest grocery store, grab some hamburger, cook it up at home and bring it with you to Taco Bell. Not only is that the only way to get meat on your taco, but it’s the only meat in the joint.

It is what it is — cheap Mexican food. It’s not as good as many of the«real deal» places in town, but it’s fast and inexpensive. The folks that work there are always very nice, and I’ve never been unpleasantly surprised. I know this is blasphemy, but I like it better than Taco Bueno…

Maybe I should just stop going here… but it’s like a bad relationship… I can’t give it up.
