I had a fairly rough experience with this place. I moved from OKC and the day I’m scheduled to move into the only one bedroom junior they have available and show up with my moving truck, They apologize and say they just found out it is full of roaches and treated it that day. Obviously with my truck full of things there I couldn’t do anything like look for somewhere else to live! I had to move in and not use my counters for weeks because roaches were dying all the time. I will say they took care of the roach problem and followed up with it, but not even a tiny discount was offered for the inconvenience! I had numerous run-​ins with a particular leasing agent who had very little tact also. The leasing group as a whole could have benefited from some serious customer service training. This was earlier in the year before Case and Associates took it over so maybe it is better now. I’m just happy I moved out and bought my own place. …
