History

Established in 2009.

John Sawyer and Wes Phillips formed Sawyer-​Phillips Insurance combining 70 years of experience in the insurance business. Both men had been agents with companies that only had one product line (also known as captive agents), each left their companies to pursue insurance as Independent Agents representing multiple companies with multiple product lines.

They joined together creating a partnership in 2009 to bring greater support for their clients with the goal of providing excellent service, outstanding coverage at the best premium possible.
