With main offices in Tulsa and Bartlesville, and satellite offices in Henryetta, Pryor, and Vinita, Dr. Herman and his staff strive to provide you the highest quality orthodontic treatment, including Invisalign, in a friendly, comfortable environment.

History

Established in 1959.

Dr. James S. Torchia started our practice in 1959 and has served in constant service to the people of Green Country ever since. Dr. Torchia started with a single office in Tulsa in the days when every tooth was banded and most appointments lasted 3 hours or more. Over the years, Dr. Torchia practiced in Claremore, Henryetta, Pryor and Vinita in addition to maintaining an office in Tulsa.

Dr. Herman began working with Dr. Torchia in 2006, and in summer 2008, he became the principle orthodontist. Our practice has offices in Tulsa, Henryetta, Pryor, Bartlesville and Vinita.

Business Owner

Dr. Robert J. Herman is an Oklahoma native, raised in Bartlesville, and a graduate of Dewey High School. He studied Philosophy at Notre Dame before attending Dental School and an Orthodontics Residency at the OU College of Dentistry.

He served as an Orthodontist Department Head in the US Navy in Okinawa, Japan and on the faculty at the Oral Surgery Residency Program at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital before going into Private Practice in Tulsa and the surrounding communities.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Krista, and they stay busy raising their 3 children: Caroline, Jackson, and Ella Kate. He is active in the Tulsa County Dental Society and several ODA Councils.
