ONEOK Field Events

After 25 years of life in Los Angeles and being a die-​hard Dodgers fan, I relocate to Tulsa. Fortunately, Tulsa has baseball and Oneok Field is a local treasure.
I’ll compare my trip to this stadium with a comparable visit to the Dodgers. The distance to the venue is about the same. In L.A. It would take an hour. Here it took about 15 minutes.
Parking at Dodger Stadium is around $ 15. Here, it’s $ 5 if you park in a lot but if you arrive early, street parking is free.
A ticket in the section behind home plate runs for $ 140 for the Dodgers. Tonight, I’m watching the Drillers from the fourth row. I paid $ 15. Club seats are only $ 35.
Food is more expensive than most places but still cheaper than Los Angeles. I even bought a Drillers’ jersey and still spent less than my last trip to Chavez Ravine.
Of course, the Drillers do lose sometimes. That’s one thing the price of a ticket cannot guarantee.

What a great ball park. I really enjoyed my first visit there on 5÷15÷14. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the stadium. I don’t know why they feel compelled to blast music every time there is a lull of more than .056 seconds in the game but it was endurable. The foot race between the washing machine and the refrigerator (representing a corporate sponsor) was weird, I guess it was for the kids. I bought 5 beers for $ 37.50, but they were good.

I’ve been to several Drillers games at ONEOK field, and just recently went for my first game of this season. I don’t believe there is a bad seat in the stadium. We were seated along 3^rd base line, about 8 – 9 rows up, and we got the tickets for $ 10 a piece. That’s a steal for the view we had. I suggest you park at OSU-​Tulsa and make the short walk to the stadium. The parking is free and you don’t have to fight to find parking downtown. Food and drink prices are expensive, but that’s to be expected at any sporting event. The fireworks on Friday nights can’t be beat!

Great venue downtown. Excellent stadium for a minor league team. Always a blast even if you don’t like baseball. Lots of promotions like $ 2 Tuesdays and Fireworks during home games. Have never tried it but there’s a party deck where $ 20 gets you a ticket and all you can eat. Like this place so much, the wife and I used it to host our rehearsal dinner.

As summer comes to an end, I raise my plastic beer cup to OKEOK Field. Cheers! You are a downtown staple which plays a part in what makes Tulsa so special.
Baseball is such a relaxing sport to watch live. Add the downtown Tulsa skyline and a beautiful stadium to the mix and I begin not to mind the heat of the summer. (Which really erks me.)
Fun for families, dates, or friends –this is a spot to relish in a beautiful sport and experience at a more than reasonable price!
Between dollar beer days, veggie-​dogs, and an all American awesome team (The Drillers) this place makes me proud to be a Tulsan.

I have been to this field four times since it has opened and every seat I have had has been a great location. I am pleased with this stadium because regardless of what price you can pay for a seat, you can still see the game! Also the architect that chose the design and placement did a great job setting up your view of downtown perfectly and it really makes Tulsa look like a real city to passerbys on the highway. I love that they have so many different events happening here there never seems to be a dull moment.

Been to many stadiums at many levels of sports and this one is awesome. This is as good as many pro stadiums. You are right on top of the action. They have cheaper food and beer than many and a very enjoyable experience.

This new stadium is very nice. They have an impressive food and beverage selection. The only disadvantage to the new location is the parking.

This is one of the best minor league parks I have ever been. Great seats and views all around. This place would be a 5 star ballpark if they didn’t run out of $ 2 dollar Coronas. I guess this is why it’s a double A club, because the big leagues would honor their promotions. Otherwise, good food, good fun, and very family friendly. Batter up!

We regularly attend MLB games, so I thought this would be completely different but I was wrong. Everything was comparable, except for the smaller crowds, less crowd energy, and ticket prices. The fireworks show was («eat my own words») impressive. It’s a shiny new stadium with a wonderful kids area, lots of concession options, and impressive (for a minor league team) mid-​inning games, stunts, etc. throughout the game.
