Great menu! Love the beer selection! Nice place to stop for lunch or have a girls night out!

I’d give this experience negative stars if I could. Sunday afternoon and the bartender spent more time taking to her friends than serving. No refills. Our fries sat in the window and were cold on arrival. Overall a truly bad experience

Went here with high hopes, but I left only thinking that people should avoid this place and hope that something better replaces it in the near future. I almost never have this strong of a reaction to an establishment, but it’s like Midleton’s tries to be bad. Have you ever been to a spot like Dick’s Last Resort, where the staff tries to insult you? That’s what Midleton’s feels like, only not nearly as clever. Upon entering, it seems like a small but pleasant place. The menu was simple. The food wasn’t an offender, being merely passable, bland, and forgettable. The drinks… I mean, you can get better for less money not too far away. The social scene was non-existent. I struggle to put a finger on who exactly this bar is for, what customer is really going to find it to be their«Cheers.» And maybe if one element had been great, like great food or a great ambiance, it would have been enough to be a place I’d go back to. But I’ve got to come back to that service. I’ve never seen so many groans and eyerolls from a waitress. Horrible service and bland food deserves to go away. And I really wanted to like it.

I gave it 4 stars due to the bar looking really nice, it’s comfortable and classy. I have yet to try the food. Service was good and the bartenders were nice.

I love the atmosphere! It’s sports bar, it’s dive bar, it’s party bar, all in one! Their French fries are AMAZING. And the bartenders are really nice. Their chicken strips? THEBESTCHICKENSTRIPS I HAVEEVERHAD. You know how most chicken strips have an out shell almost, a hard, crunchy shell? Not these! These are light, airy, crispy, so flavorful and perfectly seasoned, and, PUREWHITEMEAT! No tendons or weird rubbery chewy things like most strips. Definitely go here. It’s great.

FYI– there are or were other reviews for this restaurant but they have somehow been reset since the restaurant is showing as «moved» on Unilocal. Midleton’s is very much a bar first– dimly lit with sports on TV and lots of bar-height tables. But there are a good number of lower tables and the food menu is surprisingly comprehensive. My husband and I stopped in for dinner. The service is very informal and it seemed there was one real waitress and then the bartenders to serve the whole restaurant, so don’t expect a true restaurant-style dining experience. The ladies did a good job of keeping an eye on us though. We started with the chicken nachos per the waitress’s suggestion. Nothing special and I wish it had been served hotter, but not bad. It’s clear by how quickly this dish came out that all the ingredients were pre-cooked and then just thrown together when we ordered. Next we split the 32 Counties burger. Again, very quickly prepared, decent but nothing special. Burger was extremely well-done(pretty overcooked honestly) but still had a decent amount of charbroiled flavor. Fries were good but I would have preferred them to be served hotter. I think Midleton’s would be a great place to stop in after work for some drinks with friends and a few appetizers. It’s 21 and up so no kids. I wouldn’t really come back for just the food, and my 3-star rating is based on the restaurant aspect of this establishment.

Stopped by after work because it’s close to where I live. Service was great! Very friendly atmosphere and good beers. The food was amazing as well. Five stars!

They held a raffle for $ 20 tickets for a trip to Ireland but let some old couple buy the pot by buying bottles of whiskey for FORTYFOUR tickets. Major scam. The food is decent but you shouldn’t rip off your patrons like that. I’m nearby so if things get any better I’ll change this review but I’m still salty about the con job. My friends and I spent well over $ 100 on raffle tickets collectively and they didn’t even announce the drawing, they just handed the ticket to the people who ruined the contest for everyone else by spending $ 1200 on bottle purchases.

Ate here last night. Service was awful. I waited probably 10 min for a server to come to my table. It was not crowded so not sure why it took so long. I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken was not crispy as in «fried» chicken and the mashed potatoes were COLD. I had to ask for salt and pepper twice, as well as a dinner roll – and then butter when the server brought the roll without butter. I don’t think the servers care whether you’re there or not. Lousy food, lousy service.

Not a fan. I thought this place would be my regular spot since I lived near by. Nope. Staff is a tad snobbish and the patrons are a little yuppie also. I haven’t tried the food, hopefully it’s good though for their sake. I say don’t take my word, try it for yourself.

Stopped in for a weekday lunch ca. 1:30pm. Place was pretty empty. We had the same Asian waitress some other Unilocalers have mentioned that was unfriendly and gave terrible service. Check and check. I had fish n chips. Other party members had portobello burger(she though it was ok, but not worth going back for) and cottage pie(she loved it). Fish had a great beer batter on it, two big filets perfectly cooked. Unfortunately, both pieces of fish had this weird toughness, like freezer burn or something. Flavorless, to boot. Tartar sauce seemed like just plain mayo. Fries were good, and I thought the housemade chips with the portobello burger were great. Skip the food and stop in for a pint or your favorite cocktail, but sit at the bar(you’ll still experience mediocre service). Table service is abysmal. Food: 2 stars Service: ½ star Atmosphere: 3 stars

Our first time here so I could try their Monte Christo sandwich; I was not disappointed with it. Could have used a little more raspberry jam though. The Bloody Mary tasted good and I guess I should feel lucky to get one olive and one slice of lime discovered sitting in bottom of glass. Commensurate celery stalk missing. Our food/cocktail server did not have much personality and seem preoccupied by another customer who liked to touch her a lot!

The best and probably the hottest bacon wrapped jalapeños I’ve had since my New Mexico trip! Check this place out! Great service and staff, and a fun place to be!

Tried this place out twice now. First time was week wen they opened the beer lines were mixed up so my smithwicks tasted like cider! The food that day was ok not expensive just had a burger so hard to mess up! Next time we went in the evening and I had the bangers and mash not very good at all. My wife’s chicken salad had very little chicken in it and the chicken that was in it was like rubber. Service was very blah asked waitress a question she more or less ignored me. Wot is sad is this could be a great place! The Location is great! The actual place is quite nice its roomy, ok beer selection too. I just think the food is not great and the service is bad. We will try again in a few months to see if things have improved, I’m not holding my breath though.

If you are looking merely for a cold beer to drink and a TV to watch some sports, then this bar is great.(Unless someone decides to throw a dollar in the juke box which is way too loud for such a tiny reverberating space) However, I’ve given the food several chances and after last night I’m done. I got the Cottage pie this time… It was undercooked and lukewarm. I hate asking for anything again, but I literally couldn’t eat it… I told the waitress about it, and she came back with the EXACT replica of the lukewarm plate. Pretty sure the mashed potatoes had been sitting around for a few days in a fridge. This place has great potential but they really need to work on the quality of food.

Went for a late Saturday lunch. Place was almost empty, which is not unexpected at 2 p.m. on a sunny weekend. They were out of the beer I ordered. My club sandwich was just like I’d make at home, which is not cool because I could have made it at home! Other places offer a club sandwich with twice the meat and fancy extras like sprouts for the same price. Hubbie’s shepherd’s pie looked more like shepherd’s soup. Would go back to drink but not to eat.

We met some friends here about 530pm on a Friday. The place wasn’t very busy. They had plenty of help and they were really friendly. My husband and I split the Monte Cristo. It was unbelievable! It was nicely deep fried and had powder sugar sifted over it. They brought a really tasty raspberry jam to dip in. It came with sweet potato fries which were really good. Our friends split the Maple bacon burger. It comes with a sauce which they got on the side. It smelled and looked delicious. Love that it’s a non-smoking facility. It was new and clean. Nice, mixed crowd.

This was one of our favorite places to go, we always had good service and food and drinks were good as well. We also always had a fairly large tab, our last visit, however, resulted in being charged twice for our bill. I called and spoke with the owner who assured me he would look into the matter and rectify the situation, that was 3 days ago, I’ve been nothing but polite but now he refuses to answer his phone or return my calls, all the while owing me $ 170.00. Be very cautious and check your bank statements when using a credit/debit card at this establishment.

The plus side. Great atmosphere, clean and very nicely spread out so even if they are busy its still very easy to carry on a conversation with your party and your not sitting on top of the other patrons. I had a monte cristo and onion rings and they were amazing. I would definitely order again if I decide to go back. And they have Angry Orchard on tap so that was a big bonus in my world! THEBAD! We arrived at the restaurant around 2pm on a Sunday 4/19/15.Unfortunately Our waitress was horrible. She was extremely rude. Not friendly at all. In fact when we came in she was sitting at a table with 3 guys and acted like it was an inconvenience for my party of 6 to show up and ruin her fun time. No «Hello. How are you? Have you been here before? Can I offer recommend anything? ETC.» Unfortunately I did not get her name. She was Asian. My husband asked how they made a specific drink and what they put in it and she acted put off bc she had to explain it. He ordered a Guinness and the glass was half full of foam. She did not bring out the correct salad dressing for one person in my party and was asked twice for the correct one before my friend got it for her salad. And once she had all the food on the table she never came back to see if everything was correct, or to see if anyone needed drink refills or wanted another drink. 20 minutes after we were done I had to ask for our ticket. We paid for the meal and went and played pool. She never once came over to see if we wanted another drink and we were there for another hour. Needless to say the tip she was going to receive she never got bc she was obviously done waiting on us. I rated this a two instead of a one because I have been here before during the week and had a great experience. Unfortunately The other 5 people(including my husband) had never been and now say they will not be back again bc of this experience. Its sad that for a place that has such great potential to have such poor wait staff. Customer service was obviously not a priority for them.

My husband and I tried Midleton’s on a Saturday night. It was our first time going in and I really liked the way it was set up. There was a lot of seating, but it was spread out enough that you didn’t feel overly crowded. I think this also helped keep it a little quieter than some other pub/grill’s that we have tried. After seating ourselves, our waitress was there quickly asking what we wanted to drink. Throughout the night, our service was decent. Our waitress had another big table that was having a birthday party, so she enlisted the help of another waitress to make sure we had what we needed. We split the cheese fries as an appetizer. It was a huge portion and tasted really good. Not the best cheese fries I’ve had, but I would order them again. Both of us ordered burgers and substituted homemade chips instead of fries. My burger was really good and the chips were pretty good. It was another huge portion. I ended up taking half of my burger and a large portion of chips home with me. I would be interested in going back and trying some of their other food options.

Won’t ever be back. Stopped here for lunch and it took over 40 minutes to get our food, which we had to get to go because we had another appointment to get to. The service was horrible she took our order once and walked off and five minutes later came back to ask what I ordered because she didn’t write it down or go and put it in the system. Then to make things worse the chicken tenders were not even cooked all the way through and had to be thrown away. Don’t waste your time or your money going here.

I came in during lunch. They weren’t very inviting, but once I got their attention they were friendly. I ordered a Midleton Burger. It was dry and had 0 flavor. It was also burnt to a crisp. The fries had little seasoning as well. I ended up ordering a Carribean Cruiser shot to get rid of the taste and it was delicious! My waitress, Toria, was amazing and had a great personality. She offered to bring me something else and gave different suggestions for my next visit. The atmosphere is nice. Good music and good drinks!

I stopped in today for the first time to have lunch. They do not have a large menu, but they do offer something for everyone it appears. Nice selection of beer and wine. They even have their own Irish whiskey which I did not try on this visit. I ordered fish and chips for lunch. The fish was nicely cooked and very flaky and tasted great. The chips are true pub chips; thick and fried on the spot. Definitely something I will order again. The atmosphere is clean with plenty of televisions. Nice smoke-free environment. They have a juke box, a pool table and Golden Tee. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. I will certainly be back.

Ok Midleton’s, we need to have a talk. I know that the Pub is new and this is your first review(plus I am feeling generous), so I am going to go easy on you. I have been looking forward to your opening for a while now since I drive past every single day and have watched the entire construction. You have a great location in a rapidly expanding area of Tulsa, so you could have something special here if you don’t screw it up. My visit tonight showed me that you have the great food and cool atmosphere that is needed to keep me coming back, but the service is seriously lacking. My girlfriend and I came in about 630(ish) and were told to find a seat anywhere. We chose a booth that was nice sized and comfortable. There was ample seating with plenty of pub tables, booths and a large bar. Everything was new and clean and the decorations go well with the Irish Pub theme. There is a pool table, some arcade games, and plenty of flat screens showing sports all around. I especially like all the neon lights. I ordered the Fish and Chips and my girlfriend ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich. Both entrees were extremely good. The fish filets were large and battered with a very crispy Guinness beer batter. It was served with housemade chips that were very crunchy and well seasoned. My girlfriend’s Pulled Pork Sandwich was heaping with pork and served with coleslaw, pickles, and onion on top with a side of fries. As pleased as we were with the food, our service was very lacking. Our waitress was very slow getting around to us. We often sat with an empty drink. Also, when our check was dropped off, she did not return to collect our card for payment for more than 15 minutes. Even though she made a dozen trips right past our table with the check sticking out as obvious as possible, she just continued to ignore us. I eventually had to flag her down to come take our payment so we could leave. It was not like the place was busy either, there were only a handful of people she was waiting on. Maybe she was new to being a server… Also, the people in the booth behind us were there to hang out with some of the bartenders or something like that. The bar staff kept going to sit with them and were not paying attention to the rest of the customers sitting at the bar. It looked unprofessional and I would not have been happy to see it as a manager or owner, especially when other patrons are sitting 5 feet away without a drink. All in all, the food and atmosphere were great. However, the service is what is really going to make or break a place like this and I see lots of room for improvement. I plan to visit again soon and will update my review as needed.
