LaMode Quality Cleaners

They have awful customer service. I took a couple jackets to get dry cleaned and I told the woman it was my first time in and asked about the free delivery they advertise on their website. She said «oh you have to talk to them about that»… Them who… «Well they aren’t here». Ok well never mind I guess. Then when I went to pick it up I went to the drive through window. They have a sign that says «honk LOUDLY for service». So I just laid on the horn several times. No answer. So I went in and the clerk was watching tv. I said I was honking loudly. She answered with «oh my show is pretty loud, you have to honk really loud.» Ok. Well I don’t know how to turn up the volume on my car horn. Then once I got home I realized that they had broken the button off my jacket. So I took it back and told her. She told me to go buy a button at the store and she would sew it on for me. I know how to sew the button on. What kind of cleaners doesn’t have extra buttons laying around?
