Ken Shoemaker has been my insurance agent for one year now and I have been very pleased with the experience. His office staff has been great in getting back with me right away and I can tell he is someone with the upmost integrity. I’ve started to use him for other insurance offerings instead of just car insurance.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The office staff is rude and sarcastic. The follow up is minimal, communication is non-​existent. I never got to talk to Ken Shoemaker. Does he exist?
They «recalculate» your fees after the fact, and bill you for more than tha agreement and quote. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
