History

Established in 1984.

The K-​9 Academy is a business that was created from attending the United States K-​9 Academy where I learned my training. I became an affiliate of the origninal training school. We work strictly with family dogs that need obedience training and have behavioral issues of any kind. I have been very successful since I began my own training school. Dog owners are amazed at what their dogs can learn in a short period of time. Like our boot camps.

I had a back for training animals at a very young age. and started with horses. When I was 16 we got a boxer and took him to an obedience class. He was so excited with the others dogs. He didn’t learn anything. After my horse hobby I decided to go the the K-​9 Academy to learn how to be a dog trainer.
