Integrative Wholistic Solutions is the evolution of a practice that has spanned a lifetime of holistic health and well being.

I spent years dreaming of a life of love and acceptance, of well being. Abusive relationships, multiple health issues and even worse side effects from the medications I was on. Offered no hope for anything better from my specialists, I sought out Complimentary and Integrative Medicines. The results were astonishing. Empowered with new knowledge I became Free from the medications and medical conditions, loved, accepted and safe. I learned, trained, researched and built a practice from the healing I experienced.

Now My Passion is to Empower every person to live a life of well being ~ mind, body and soul.

Regina Ann is a Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner offering Complimentary Medicines, resources and tools to assist you in achieving emotional, mental, physical, spiritual Well Being.

I spent years dreaming of a life of love and acceptance, of health and wellness. A life where abuse and illness no longer existed. Experiencing multiple health issues and even worse side effects from the medications. Offered no hope for anything better from my specialists. I sought out what the FDA classified as Common Alternative Medicines (CAMs), often referred to as Complimentary Medicines.

I spent years researching, observing results, and learning these therapies and techniques in order to practice and teach them. It has been a 10+ year journey that has brought me here. I now live the life I once dreamed of. A life of love and acceptance, of health and wellness.
