I’ve used IBC bank for a while now, but am pretty unhappy with their service at the drive-thru window. I pull up, and they don’t even acknowledge that I’m there. I put my deposit in the canister and send it on it’s way, and it takes up to five minutes before they even say anything to me. I know they’re in a hurry, but a simple hi would be nice. At least ask me what I want to do with the money.
