This company is horrible. I ordered two sweatshirts on March 31, to be picked up at my local store. They indicated they had the stock. Five days later I got the phone call I had to wait for, to come pick them up. Two days after that, I went to get them, and was told my order had been canceled since I took a week to show up! «Deals» are supposed to get your new business, not keep you away. That clerk acted like he was being put out too. «I don’t deal with the website.» I asked him why they would cancel my order when I had only ordered it a week ago. He said that’s their policy! It said nothing on the website, the email they sent me, or my receipt-​just wait for the phone call!
I hope I get my pay-​pal refund, as promised… The worst customer service ever! So many other stores should get our business.
