Checked online for closing time on Monday. It stated 4 pm … went by at 3:15 pm to get 13 bagels for $ 6 … sign on door showed closing time of 3 pm … wrote corporate to advise of wrong time online at its website … got no reply or offer to let me take advantage of $ 6 deal … terrible customer relations … Bagels are OK … but Old School are much better …

Unfortunately I have to give this review a two star. I love Einstein Bros bagels and I am a frequent customer. Great bagels great coffee and usually great service; but this time I decided to go to the drive-through because I had to be somewhere and as I was waiting in the drive-through two employees were sitting right by the order box, smoking a cigarette. One, The wind was blowing my direction so I can smell the smoke, and second nothing is more disgusting than seeing employees smoking particularly right outside of their workplace then going back inside to make food.(Not saying they washed up after) it’s just the visual that disgusted me. So I decided to not order and ended up going to another local competitor. Whoever reads this needs to let their manager and employees know that it looks so bad smoking right outside of your place of business. If you’re going to do that deed, go walk off or hide somewhere else… Maybe I’ll go back but for now I can’t.

I ordered a Santa Fe sandwich like I normally do, and asked for a water — like I always do. Apparently they have adopted a vengeance policy on those who want water. The cup is TINY. This is a new thing, and it flat out makes me angry.

They need to change the online opening times. Says they are open at 5:00AM, got there at 5:30 today, and there were staff inside, but even though I sat outside at the speaker for the drive thru, then the window, they just walked by without even acknowledging me. That’s a pretty good indicator of their level of customer service. Ended up going to Krispy Kreme, they’re always nice. Doubt I’ll be back to this Einstein Brothers location again.

It’s hit or miss with this place… usually miss. The bagels are decent to good but the staff is where it gets iffy. all the way from the drive thru to management. I will say there are a couple who are efficient and polite. Today thru the drive thru I did make a new«buddy», I know that because he called me buddy 4 times. My new buddy also poured my coffee 1 ½ inches from the top, failed to add the cream and too boot my new buddy poured the coffee in a cold beverage cup. I’m giving up on them and suggest you do the same.

I love this place, although it could use some WiFi, but other then that food is good, coffee is excellent and staff are awesome, price I guess is okay, I’m just a «blue collar worker» but, oh well, you have to treat yourself to something different now and then.

Monica at the drive thru was amazing! She offered me a «Bagel Dozen Club» card, which no one had ever offered to me previously. I have been buying the«Baker’s Dozen» at least once a week for my clients for months, and no one ever offered me that card — never. Monica was friendly, helpful and professional. She is a great asset to that team. Good Luck Monica!

First time to this location and my toasted bagel was a long time coming and cold. I keep thinking I should just ask for another one that’s hot. I didn’t and decided to just let it go. Then when I was leaving and disposing of my trash, a young female employee had the trash can pulled out and was gone with the bag, I placed my trash on top so not to make a mess. I went to the restroom, returned and finished my coffee and went to dispose of my cup. The employee was back and having some trouble installing the new waste bag so I set my cup on top next to my other trash. She scolded me for not waiting on her so I could drop the trash in the can instead of her. I’m a 61 year old man and she’s lucky she was not picking it up off the floor.

This is a roll with a hole, not a bagel. Like another review said: Go to Old School if you want real bagels. I doubt if this place will survive once the South Tulsa location of Old School opens.

I hope I’m wrong and that I’ve just had bad luck at this location… or maybe I’m trying to reinvent the wheel by trying the Thintastic bagels. Mine were HEAVY… could’ve been used as hockey pucks. And the tub of salmon cream cheese I got was extremely salty. and yes I know smoked salmon is salty, but this was more salty than most. Or maybe I was just irritated that after getting an order at the drive in window I didn’t realize that I’d been charged for a tub, but it wasn’t in my bag. So, I drove back and got it only to get home and find that it was expired. That’s enough to make me cranky for sure.

If you want a real bagel just do yourself a favor and go to Old School Bagel in Brookside. Breakfast bagels are of a much lesser quality here. Plus the customer service is outstanding compared to here. We waited in the drive thru for 15 min. There must be management problems that need to be fixed before I would ever consider going back.

We ran through the Einstein Bros. drive thru on Saturday morning. They were friendly and patient with us even though we changed our order a couple of times and weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. I ordered the thintastic southwest turkey sausage egg white sandwich and a coffee, and my fiancé’ ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and a pretzel bagel and a frozen latte. Both of us really enjoyed our food. No complaints here!

I’d never eaten here so my husband and I decided to stop for breakfast this morning. We both ordered the Southwest Turkey Sausage bagel thin. This sandwich was served on a plain bagel thin, with egg whites, white cheddar, and turkey sausage with some kind of(what looked like) green chile cream cheese. I assume that’s what kind it was because the menu had no description of the sandwich. One employee seemed willing to help customers, while the others were doing everything possible to avoid eye contact. I think I saw 7 employees total. Ordering was fast, but they have you order at one register and pay at another. No one was at the payment register so we waited a few minutes for someone to come over. I like the numerous fresh brewed coffee options they have at their drink station. Each pot has a note stating what time that pot of coffee was brewed. Our food came out super fast — we weren’t even done filling our drinks. One gripe I have about this place is that when your food is ready they walk around the dining room yelling out your name. Since we hadn’t picked a table yet we asked the worker bringing out our food to set it down on any table and we’d get it. They kept yelling my husband’s name even though we looked right at the guy when we asked him to set our food down. I would rather go up to a counter and get my food than have someone yelling my name over and over so they can being it to me. Personal preference I guess. Overall I’d give this place another try, but it’s too pricey to be an every day spot.

Bagels are one of the few breakfast items I actually enjoy on a daily basis. This location is on my way to work so it’s perfect for me. Ever since Einsteins made its way into my life(back in college — mainly the reason for my freshman 15), I’ve had my favorite items. Their hazelnut-vanilla coffee is my favorite. I usually order either a chocolate chip bagel with honey almond schmear or a cinnamon-sugar bagel with butter, toasted of course. Their breakfast bagels are also pretty good but I always seem to think like their too plain so they need ketchup or hot sauce(yes I like everything spicy). For lunch, try their pizza bagels. As far as service goes, I always try to go in but I usually use the drive thru. The employees are very friendly but make sure your order is right. Once, they gave me an extra bagel(not complaining about that) but they have used the same knife for different schmears and it’s not pleasant when your honey almond schmear tastes like onion. But hey, I understand if they’re busy and just want to get orders done.

Good turkey lunch bagel. Cucumbers on it added a nice flavor. They aren’t very busy so getting in and out should be no issue. Clean place, good bagels! Go!

Bad customer service! Employees seem annoyed to help and have no patience with you! Not sure if I’ll be back! Food was good though…
