NO Stars! I ordered an arrangement with birthday balloon and it never got delivered plus the driver lied and said it was delivered. I find out that Grandma was waiting at her house for this delivery guy for 2 days and didn’t want to leave because she thought she’d miss the delivery. The jerk never showed up!!! We find out on the third day that nothing got delivered on her birthday. I tried calling this store over and over and could never reach anyone or even leave a message. I called corporate which only assisted in reaching the supervisor of that store location(They did nothing else to assist us.). The supervisor says that she has my grandma’s signature to show me. I said there is NO way she signed for it because it NEVER came. Plus, I have plenty of thank you cards with her signature I can show you. So, we sent them back and forth via email/text msg/pic and of course they are completely different. Ah, hello… Grandma doesn’t have Parkinson’s! What’s with the fake shaky signature? How disgusting, disgraceful, and fraudulent! The worst part is that when my husband calls the GM of the 2 Tulsa branches the guy doesn’t care and doesn’t want to hear anything more about it because corporate had already called him and the delivery guy has worked for him for a long time.(What the heck does that have to do with it?) This infuriates my husband and they end up yelling and cussing at each other(which is never good). But, in my hubby’s defense… don’t be calling our Grandma senile or forgetful when she is very active and vivacious. She is 100% clear minded and wonderful. Plus, other family came over the next day after the delivery was to have been made and there was nothing there. Bottom line is… go elsewhere. And don’t include any information about the gift being for a grandparent. That must have been why the driver chose not to deliver to her and got away with it. That driver better be scared enough not to do this again. Yeah, yeah, they refunded the money, big deal. Grandma’s birthday was ruined and there was nothing that the 7 to 20 phone calls that we made was ever gonna change that. This company doesn’t care about their customers. No investigation whats so ever. We told them to pull the drivers cellphone records. If he delivered the arrangement then why the phone calls to and from Grandma AFTER he claims to have delivered the package? The delivery guy is a big fat liar. Grandma had received two calls from the delivery driver saying he was lost and running late and was still coming. Then Grandma called him when he didn’t show up that first day, then again the second day. Check the phone records! PS: that rude, jerk of a GM is Josh and he handles both Tulsa locations.

I had the same experience as Michelle. I placed the order 10 days in advance, and it was NOT delivered on Valentine’s Day. I called the store repeatedly from 3−6pm and got a busy signal… I talked with others at my work and they have had similar experiences with the Tulsa stores. Too bad… it’s a fantastic idea, but the store’s inability to deliver will make sure I never use them again. :(

I ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and apples to be delivered to my spouse in a small town just outside of Tulsa for Valentines Day. I called before placing the online order to ensure they delivered to this location and could do so by 5pm-to which they said yes. The order never showed up AND I had to ruin the surprise by telling her to wait an extra hour after work because they weren’t there yet. I tried calling the store for an hour straight(over 150 times) and got a busy signal. The one time a recording answered I was on hold for FIFTEEN minutes and then had someone pick up and then hang up the phone. I tried calling the 1 – 800 number to the online store where I originally placed the order and got more busy signals.

I live in Dallas, but wanted to send my mom in Tulsa an edible arrangement for her birthday. I called Edible Arrangements, asked if I could place a same day pick up order, didn’t really know what I wanted besides lots of strawberries, and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. I read a Google review that said the store only cared about money making, but the lady I worked with saved me $ 20 by telling me I only needed a small size bouquet for 1 – 2 people, not a large like I had planned on ordering. I had never ordered an edible arrangement before, so I thought the bigger the better. My dad picked up the bouquet on his way home, my mom sent me a picture of it, and it looked fabulous. She said it tasted amazing too, and there was plenty of fruit for her and my dad to share! I added the apples dipped in peanut butter then dipped in chocolate to the order, and she said it was the best part. Ordering was quick and easy, and the final product turned out great. Highly recommend!
