Been to this location twice. Both times I selected my tires online and set an appointment. Both times I had quick turnaround times and excellent customer service. If you know what you’re doing and you know what you need for tires than this is the place to go.

Update: Back in September I gave them 1⁄5 stars thinking I would go somewhere else for my tire needs. Unfortunately, I am incredibly lazy. When I got up this morning and had a low tire indicator on my car, I didn’t know who else to turn to but Discount Tire. I’ve been going to the ones in TX and AZ for years. I considered going to the locations in Broken Arrow or Owasso, but again too lazy. Couldn’t break myself of the habit. This time, they were nice and attentive. Inflated the tires right away. They’ve been upgraded to 2⁄5 stars; the«Meh. I’ve experienced better» rating. I have… at other Discounter Tires. As of now, the rating for this place can’t go up anymore because earlier this month when my husband was trying to replace the tires for his car, they kept trying to sell him on those tires they manufacturer instead of the Goodyear’s that he wanted. He ended up going elsewhere. 9÷8÷15 Pros: I know this chain and have had many positive experiences with them in the past Cons: needed a tire patched. They told me 45 minutes. When i came back 45 minutes later, they hadn’t eve started! The service guy gave 2 half hearted excuses«something came up» and«I put it in wrong.» I don’t have all day to sit here and wait on this. They eventually finished 30 minutes after promised time. Didn’t patch tire. Charged me $ 205 for one new one. Except it wasn’t the brand that the other 3 were. They replaced with with some brand that they make? It’s their«preferred» brand. Supposed to perform as well as the ones already on the car.

WOW!!! Excellent customer service. I was in Tulsa for an event. The next morning my low tire light came on. I found this Discount tire online and drove straight there. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened. But they had the door unlocked and the staff was ready to welcome customers. They had me pull my car into the bay and Shawn got right to work. While I sat in the car I got to see the staff interact with each other. What a great team! They smiled and seemed to be enjoying the job, even at 7:50 on a cold Saturday morning. Shawn filled my tires and then told me the wear patterns looked good. Then they helped me back out and sent me on my way. No charge.

They are in a shopping center that’s SLAMMED busy on the weekends and they closed by 1:30 in the after noon on Saturday and not open at all Sunday’s. Currently have a flat tire THAT I BOUGHTWITH A WARRANTYFROMTHEMWITH and have to deal with it for 2 days cuz they are closed on the busiest day of the week. Hibdon tire next door will get me and my family’s business from now on!

I am updating my review and will not reflect back on my first experience. My most resent experience was for tire rotation. I made an appointment for 8AM, and the employees were out the door to great those of us waiting, at approximately 6 or 7 minutes before 8. I felt relieved because, I had a long road trip ahead of me. Everyone was welcoming, prompt to accommodate everyone’s needs and offered suggestions on future possibilities while without feeling pressured to buy additional repairs or tires. I love that about a great salesman/serviceman. So, of the four tires I purchased at DT, I am now aware that I have one tire wearing more than the other three. If I purchase a tire they will buy another one to keep my tires wearing even. The manager, Tony, was personable and attentive, not only to his employees but also to each customer. I love walking out of a business feeling like I am a valued customer and not just a one-time big cash ticket! To all the wonderful men at your business, Tony, I say, «Thank you!»
