Cobblestone Apartments

So I used to think this was an OK place. I’ve lived here 1 ½ yrs. The problem we have is the ROACHES. We have asked several times to have this addressed. They sent pest contol once and said he’d come back every two weeks till it was resolved. He NEVER came back. Our apt has been spayed TWICE in 1 ½ yrs. Not out of lack of asking on our part. We’ve bombed and sprayed and set out traps. We’ve cleaned up (not exaggerating in ANY way) PILES of roaches. This last time after we pulled out the fridge there was roaches running everywhere and it stinks sooo bad. It’s to the point that if I cook I have to look at each bite of food I take to make sure one hasn’t fallen in there. I have to take my food out of it’s packaging to put it in plastic bags because roaches get in it. I was peeling potatoes and roaches had burrowed into them and were living in them. I mean in the ACTUALL potato! I bag all my spices including salt and pepper shakers. If I don’t, roaches get in there. They crawl on us. I was sitting in bed and thought my hair was tickling my face IT WAS A ROACH! They crawl up the ceiling and around the living room, on the toilet and live in the corners of the celings, behind anything I have on the wall. Changed the month on the calender and it was INSANE. I spend so much time screaming. I’m terrified one will crawl in my ear. All I want is to get OUT of this apartment. I want OUT of my lease. I want to move NOW! Since I’m not able to do that, I have had to put the majority of our belongings in storage in an attempt to keep them from being infested. No place is a home when you have to live like you have no belongings. It looks like we’ve just started our lives. It’s not humane to live with this Roach infestation. If you’re thinking of moving here, it’s cheap rent, nice staff for the most part, dog shit filled courtyards and even parking lots, roach headquarters and sucky maintenence. If that is what you’re looking for them this is the place for you.

Poor hospitality and not quiet & peaceful at all. There are loud neighbors and nothing will stop them from it nor does anyone seem to respect anyone living there. Maintenance is ever so slow to arrive and always leaves a mess behind after doing a piss pore job. they dont bring any ladders or step stool to change light bulbs. why should they when you have nice clean counters to stand on? Yeah no joke.
The security guard doesnt secure anything… spare your money and your time and dont move there… their not who they say they are and although they keep their office looking nice and the show apartment (demo) clean. its a hoax and will make you wish you never signed any papers to live there.

For the love of God don’t I repeat don’t let the pictures from apartment guide fool you, this complex is horrible. The women that work in the front office all dress like they just got off work from the strip club, the mantinence is not kept up at all. And I know this may sound wrong but sorry I tell it like it is, this complex favors people that are from south of the US border. My fiancé and I were told we couldn’t have satellite because it would have to be mounted on the building in order to work properly, but the family that stays direct across from us has one mounted to the building and no one has said anything to them and yes they are from south of the border. So just to let anyone who is looking for apartment know dont come here unless you’re mexican cause otherwise they will lure you in and then forget about you.
