Our experienced Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas attorneys have successfully represented people who have suffered a wide range of devastating injuries including catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. These injuries occurred in car crashes, railroad accidents, oil field blowouts, plane crashes; due to defective medical devices, drugs or products; and slip and falls, to name a few. We have also successfully represented our clients in a wide variety of insurance claims.

History

Established in 1973.

The firm began in 1973 when Eugene Carr and his son Patrick E. Carr formed their law firm and dedicated their professional lives to using the law to help people. Today, Carr & Carr is a personal injury law firm of 11 attorneys and about 30 support staff with offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Springdale in Northwest Arkansas. Continuing the family tradition, Michael E. Carr joined his father, Patrick, at the firm in 2009.
