Burnett, Inc. Windows & Siding began and remains a family-​owned and operated business with headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Scott Burnett, a local Tulsan, and his father Guy Burnett, Sr. started the business servicing the Tulsa Metro Area in 1979 as a two-​man insulation crew. With the support of his family and valuable staff, Scott has grown the business to include replacement windows, doors, siding and guttering. Our service area includes NE and Central Oklahoma.

Business Owner

Scott Burnett is a native Tulsan and a successful local entrepreneur. He graduated from Memorial High School and attended Oklahoma State University.

In 1979, he started Burnett Insulation with his father, Guy Burnett, Sr. In the mid-​1980s Scott expanded the business to include windows and siding under the banner Burnett, Incorporated. He has worked hard to have a strong and respected brand in the window, siding and insulation industry. He says that honesty and quality craftsmanship are the foundation of Burnett Inc. His company has been the recipient of the Better Business Bureau’s Integrity Award, Oklahoma Family Owned Business of the Year, and Award of Distinction for Historic Restoration by the Vinyl Siding Institute. He is also active in The Little LightHouse, a non-​profit organization to assist children with special needs.
