I had to go here to buy some washer fluid for my car. The person behind the counter was very helpful, and even let me use a funnel behind the counter to fill it up. They described the differences between each type of fluid. He was quick to help me, and very nice.
This place is pretty great. I normally don’t go here, but was on this side of town.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the lady behind the counter looked bothered that I needed my alternator checked, after some sighing and eye rolling she goes outside to check it. She hooks up her device then immediately unhooked it telling me my batteries not fully charged and begins walking inside. I ask her how I’m supposed to charge my battery if my alternator is faulty? She says we can charge it but it will take an hour, I say that’s fine and follow her inside where I assume she will get a charger… she then proceeds to ignore me while I wait. At this point I decide my money should be spent elsewhere.
Drove down the street to a competing parts chain where I was greeted promptly and my vehicle was tested I got the parts I needed and was on my way in 20 minutes…
