AT&T

Best AT&T store experience to date! I have been an AT&T client for 6+ years with visits to stores across Dallas and Tulsa, and this was the quickest, most productive visit to date. I was in town visiting family and decided to upgrade locally since I know Tulsa well versus trying to find a store in PA (still learning the area).
I visited this location around 2pm on a Friday and had no wait. When I walked to the front door, two employees opened them for me, both female, then one of them helped me with my visit (Chalisa L). I told Chalisa I was ready to renew my plan and upgrade from the 5s to 6s, and she started on the process immediately.
As requested, Chalisa transferred all content from my 5s to 6s via my last iCloud backup (which I did right before my visit, always make sure to backup your phone before switching to a new phone!). She also gave me a brief rundown of some of the most popular and non-​intuitive 6s features so that I could start using it more efficiently, quicker than teaching myself. I bought a case and screen protector that she put on perfectly as well (iPhone must be completely clean from fingerprints, fuzz, and everything else before adding the screen protector, which takes a good eye and steady hand!). She didn’t try to up-​sell me on anything unnecessary and even helped sign me up for their free rewards program.
The entire process took no more than 30 minutes, and I highly recommend this Tulsa location to AT&T clients!
