Arby’s

Went through drive thru and ordered their $ 20.00 special that they advertised on television. It comes with 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, coleslaw and 4 biscuits. That’s what I ordered. They tell me that we don’t have enough original chicken so they gave me the rest in crispy. I ordered all original chicken. Along with that, I also ordered the $ 5.00 fill up. Trusting in their service I went home to find that my $ 5.00 fill up was missing along with a replacement of crispy chicken which I didn’t order. And by the way, the receipt was not in the sack. I called them and told them what had happened. Of course they asked if I had my receipt and you know what my reply was. To make a long story short, I will not be back to order any food from this KFC anymore. They are lucky that I even gave them a 1 rating.
