Like most utility based companies, it’s all about who they have doing the work. The tech was nice enough. However, after paying them and that check clearing my bank, I kept getting invoices requesting that I pay the invoice total(which ironically still had the notes saying the tech received my check with the check number). Doesn’t matter how many times I called to tell them to stop sending invoices for something already paid, still getting invoices.

Received a tune up on my heater as part of a Groupon deal. Technician was 20 minutes late, which I was less forgiving of since I was the first appointment of the day. Once there, he was in and out in about 30 minutes. Hard to judge performance on a tune up, but the technician was friendly and provided some tips for future upkeep. Despite the tardiness, I would use this company again.
