Found myself taking a trip to this place after completely losing my voice. It even hurt to whisper. The lady at the front desk was sweet and quick to help. Once I filled out the paper work, I was called back 5 minutes. I’ve never been called to the back that early from any doctor’s office. The nurse that took my blood pressure was nice and engaged me in conversation. She took me to another room that was incredibly clean. The doctor was kind and very gentle with the examination. He was informative and didn’t make me feel like he thought he was above me. He told me he had to run a step test and a mono test. He told me why he was testing me for both and he told me how the tests would be administered. He left and a few minutes later another nurse arrived to give me the tests. She explained again how each test would be given and then preformed each. She then told me they would take five minutes to complete. This was their only mistake. 20 minutes later, the doctor came back in. He told me I was negative on both but was prescribing me an antibiotic and why he was. He then told me a list of over the counter meds he would like me to take and why. He showed me where to pay and once again the lady at the front desk was quick and helpful. She was working by herself and by that time there were a lot of other customers but she got to me as quickly as possible and acknowledged me right as I walked up. I even needed an itemized receipt because of my insurance and she was the one apologizing because she thought it took too long to get me one. It took her roughly two minutes. Overall a very clean, friendly, and professional experience for me.

Dr. Rygiel is very knowledgeable and has a calming bedside manner.
The nurses and techs were all friendly and caring.

My family and I have used ERGent Care several times over the past few years when our family doctor’s office was closed or couldn’t get us in. The wait time has always been less than 20 minutes, and the staff is very friendly and courteous. As an RN myself, I pay attention to the kind of questions that are asked and treatment plans that are suggested. I have never been disappointed! Whether it’s a physician, PA, nurse or medical assistant, every one that we’ve seen has been knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

This place is awful. Ruuuuude employees and doctors. Actually, one dr. The rest are only physician assistants. I was actually yelled at and refused care. I truly hope this nasty place closes down. You don’t treat people like garbage and expect return business.

What a fabulous place that you’d never want to visit! I first visited this location when I came down with food poisoning on a Thursday night. My regular doctor, of course, only works half a day on Friday (I love her anyway) so there was no chance of getting in. I had never before visited an urgent care and was referred here by colleagues at OSU’s medical school. Turns out it’s staffed and owned by some doctors who are OSU-​COM grads.
In any event, it is not true that nothing can be done for food poisoning. Mine turned out to be bacterial, so if I had held out any longer, I might have ended up in the hospital. While they could not prescribe me anything for certain unpleasant aspects of my condition, they did give me an anti-​nausea medicine which immediately returned some of my will to live. When one has any kind of food poisoning, it is true that things have to *ahem* run their course. But just having something to ease the nausea can immediately improve one’s outlook on life.
Needless to say, I left with a favorable impression of the place. I have been back for a dog bite and multiple upper respiratory infections since and always had a good experience. The wait is usually not crazy and the staff, doctors, and nurses are knowledgeable and friendly. I continue to be amazed that one can lurch into a facility feeling like death and by evening or the next day feel human again. The miracles of modern medicine!
