I was new to the area and my passenger door factory installed speaker gave out. I searched online and came upon 12 Volt Auto Specialists.
I went and was greeted by a friendly staff. They scheduled my installation appointment. I came back and they installed a new speaker within 1 hour.
Very satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast service, and quality products they use.

I brought a car in for window tinting and an audio install (head unit, 3 way satellite front stage speakers, 12″ sub, and two amps). I am beyond happy with all of the services. Setting up the appointment was easy, as was drop off and pick up. The waiting room, should one chose to wait at the site, is comfortable and has Netflix, game consoles, books, toys for kids, wi-​fi, charging docs (usb receptacles), music and more. It is better than any dealership waiting room to which I’ve been.
The window tinting was done swiftly and looks great.
The audio install was expertly done and they worked with me through a few issues encountered with the crossover faceplates, and other minutia. They are super knowledgeable and are able to talk you through the process and help in some decision making, should one need such counsel.
My wife had a remote start installed in her car by these folks. She loves the remote start. The install was quick, and the appointment was easy to set up.
We’ve been very happy with all the services provided by this place. I won’t hesitate to recommend this place or to take my car back for additional services.

Eric at 12 Volt installed seat heaters and leather seat covers in my ’13 Tacoma. He did great work for a very fair price. Highly recommend. I’ll be back with more business for them.
