Dr. Wesslen is a member of the Tulare-​Kings dental society, California Dental Association and American Dental Association. He is a Board Eligible member of the American Association of Orthodontists and holds both a specialist certificate and Master of Science degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Wesslen was born and raised in the pacific northwest and has roots to the central California valley through marriage. His undergraduate education earned him a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Walla Walla University. Working at ESRI gave him 4 years of software development experience that made the technology aspect of his second career in dentistry at Loma Linda University a snap. His academic career includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Cal State University, San Bernardino, a Doctor of Dental Surgery from LLU and a Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from LLU.
