Sherrie Munday – State Farm Insurance Agent

If I could give this agent 0 stars I would! 2 incidents that were too many to handle made me leave State Farm after 5 years and go to AAA. There was an issue with my auto pay not being processed and for 3 months I was uninsured. When I spoke to this «agent» she told me that I should have been checking my payments were going through, and she had the nerve to tell me that she has to tell her kids that all the time she made me feel like I was a dumb little kid.
Second incident was there was an over charge on my bills and a check sent out to me. When I called them they said it was mistakenly sent out and I had to give the check back, but when I questioned them about the overcharge they said I had to talk to another agent about this.
In the end these «agents» are rude, condescending, and unprofessional I know State Farm is a good company but this issue was too much to stay with them
