Miranda’s Kustoms

I’m going to try my hardest to refrain from cursing and name calling on here. But I’m not making any promises. I took my car here 2 weeks ago to have just the front and rear driver’s side doors and rear quarter panel painted. No body work needed she just got keyed and scuffed up a little bit. I had just had the car painted in April at Maaco (please see that review haha), and after my ordeal with them I in no way shape or form was gonna let them touch my car again. I got a great price from Miranda’s, $ 500. I’m definitely not bitching. But if i would have known that here we are 2 weeks later and I STILL dont have my car back, I would have gladly paid more. I don’t even think I would be as pissed if this place wasn’t so damn unprofessional. The owner Peter is NEVER there. A week after I dropped her off and was wondering what the hell was taking so long, I stopped by and there she was just sitting there with the windows down collecting dirt on my $ 80 floor mats, completely untouched. The other guys said that Peter hadn’t even told them what needed to be done. Last saturday I went by there cuz I was completely done with my patience, and there was a group of guys sitting there that worked at the neighboring shop, and basically i told them to relay a not so nice message to Miranda’s. I won’t repeat it on here. Monday morning my husband went by and talked to another guy who only spoke spanish and the guy was totally cool and said to not even deal with Peter that he was never there. My husband told him what needed to be done and he promised that he would get it primered, painted Tuesday morning, and I could pick it up this afternoon. I go by there right now and theres no one there. I looked inside and they’re on lunch sitting there with my car primered still. Now they promise it’ll be tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath. Who would’ve thought it takes 2 weeks to paint not even half a car. Oh and did I mention I have to just drive by the shop everyday to check progress because nobody answers the phone?! UGHHHH stay away from this place.
