Galaxy Tulare 10

By far my favorite place to watch a movie in the valley (Tulare/​Kern) recently, I purchased tickets for Deadpool online for a 5 o’clock showing but was unable to make it ontime. Michelle refunded my money on the phone for the tickets unable to refund the service charge, and told me there was still tickets for the 7 o’clock showing if I wanted to watch it later. She was so helpful and never sounded irritated. The manager seemed helpful as it was a busy night and helped his staff with food/​drink orders. The seats there are awesome, love getting myself some wine and reclining my seat back, putting my feet up, and just relaxing while watching.

Going to the movies now feels like going to a friends home! Plus you can have a beer and enjoy a great film. The sound system is also majorly good. I’m happy my town has the luxury + theater in Tulare.

Absolutely the best theatre I’m Tulare county, only because of the popcorn! No serious, popcorn of all popcorns, screens are a bit small but, the popcorn!

5 stars all the way best theater I’ve ever been to in my life! Electronic seats recline and have a foot rest huge screens! Great food!!! The money is worth it and even better when you have a rewards card!

Finally went here with my husband when my parent’s came up and watched our three kids. The seats are awesome. So great that I fell asleep. I tried my hardest but we went to that last showing so the kids would be sleeping. Unfortunately a Starbucks double expresso shot and a soda couldn’t keep me awake in the soft seats with an oncoming cold. At least my husband got to see all of Star Wars. Next time I’m getting coffee there.

Best theater ever! We came all the way from lemoore to enjoy the reclining seats. I was so comfy during Star Wars, I nearly fell asleep. The prices were very reasonable for tickets. We came for a matinée to avoid crowds. We had plenty of room even if the theater had been packed. Staff was super sweet.
Only complaint was that the food is so expensive, but that’s at any theater.
Was very clean too!

I went here last night and watched the new star wars which was great, considering I’m not a big star wars fan. I haven’t been to this theater in years and it has changed a lot for the best… very clean, great customer service and the seats are so cool too!!! Loved it!!!

This is definitely the best theater in Tulare County and arguably the south valley. Not only are the seats amazingly comfortable, but the sound and projection simply can’t compare with any other theater. It’s worth the drive if you live in Visalia and need to commute. The theater is always clean, I have never been when either the auditoriums or bathrooms aren’t kept up. They also have a bar for those who want to use it. The sound, picture and seating quality simply cannot compare with any other theater in the area. For movies, this place is really as good as it gets.

Upgraded! It would be hard to see a movie anywhere else. They have pretzels bigger than my noggin! Worth the money for a comfortable place to watch a movie on the big screen.

This is the best theater in the area! Recliners, booze, and good food. The prices are a little high, but the experience makes it totally worth it. I love the assigned seating, not having to step over other people when I need to use the restroom, and they have an awesome food menu and beers on tap.

This theatre is awesome. I love how I can order tickets online, reserve the actual seats I will sit in, and print them out at the kiosk without waiting in line. Then, inside the theatre having a bar available where I can grab a beer is awesome! The seats are so comfortable. The seats recline. These seats are basically twin sized electric beds, you can recline the backrest, and extend the foot rest. I might just go here to take a nap someday. But seriously, this theatre is the best i’ve been to. Having designated seats really helps when you have a big family. No more saving seats for your 20 friends on opening night! Every theatre should do this!

Sucks! Assigned seating is ridiculous. And the front rows are almost right under the screen, who designed this place??? Clearly Somebody who has never seen a movie. Snack line took forever. I will never be returning the reclining seats are not worth all the headaches.

the luxury seating with a beer in your hand is first class! can’t imagine going back to watching a movie in a «regular» theater again.

I hate giving this place 1 star just bc their seats are very comfortable, but them assigning the seats takes away from you enjoying the «comfortable seats». I got there 30 min before the movie started and they assigned us the very 1^st row (bottom left corner) i had to reclyned the seat all the way back in order to be able to see the movie, i had a headache after that and we couldn’t even seat together! My husband had to seat one row behind us! How rediculous is that? You go to the theater, buy popcorn, soda, candies etc. (Spend so much money on their business) To have quality time with your family and they end up splitting you! We should’ve stayed home and watch a movie on Netflix all together! It would have been way cheaper and more welcoming… The room wasn’t even full of people yet, what happened to whomever gets there first chooses their seating? I will not be returning to this place any time soon I can take my money somewhere else were at least they won’t seat us apart.

I must say, my movie had begun my grandson was alone in the theater, I was in a LONG line to get him an icee. A VERY nice and helpful young man came along and told me I could go to the bar area and order anything and it would be brought over and then volunteered to get it for me to hurry. Shout out to Ian. Thank you. Not only will I and my family see ALL OUR future movies there, but I am telling all my friends how sweet and helpful you are!!!

First time I’ve been there since the upgrade to luxury seating all I can say is damn! This is how theaters should be nice comfy chairs that recline tons of leg space and all electric! Big spot for your soda and little tables that swing around in front of you for your snacks only thing missing is some gourmet food lol! The price isn’t higher with the upgrade gonna start going more now thanks Galaxy for making my movie experience so much better!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen coming from a cinema, this Ikelea their management seems to be extremely happy with their staff so they make sure that they show it to all the customers come in and out. The random free pass giveaways and exceptional compensation for if there is ever an interference during a movie.

Ok. so I swore off this theatre. but I couldn’t help but come back because of the luxury seating! Fabulous! I love it! So worth paying the full amount for the movie. I was sooo sooo comfortable! I’m actually excited to come back!

This theater as far as cleanliness is meh… to me, customer service as well. For the price it’s not to bad when you get luxury recliner chairs with the extended table. They also serve wine and beer and as every theatre it’s $ 20+ for some popcorn and a drink. My mother comes regularly with passes from her job so when I’m in town this is the place to go for a movie.
Pros: Luxury recliners, wine and beer, zero tolerance for texting and talking
Cons :messy behind the counters (gross), bathrooms, way to expensive for mediocre popcorn & food (place is NOT Laguna or LA with actual gourmet items.)If you are trying step your theatre game up do it all the way please.

My only disappointment was being unable to cuddle my sweetie – being in his own separate big comfy chair ‘way over there.
