Nothing could have prepared me for the craziness I saw last night, and how amazingly well Sal the barista did at pretending the entire situation was normal. My friend wanted coffee while we were shopping so we stopped in for what we thought was a quick trip but got stuck behind a lady complaining(read: one of my least favorite places to be). But it was what she was complaining about. She had bought two ridiculously complicated drinks in downtown Seattle, YESTERDAY, and was up a good hour drive north of there at a completely separate location, hidden inconveniently inside a mall, to return them because they«tasted funny at the time». She had left them in her car all day(and night) and brought them in with her to place on the counter in front of this man to show him(coagullated coffee, gross). She wanted her money back, or so I expect because when he offered to make her the drinks again she threw a bitch fit for five minutes while we stood there waiting. Not only that, but as we finally got in front of the clerk, two other brats who had been standing on the opposite side waiting(in a classic starbucks line, you know where the line starts, by the baked goods. Come on, you live in Washington) came up behind us and started hassling poor Sal for not attending to them first. Dude, the way he kept so chill tho, it was just amazing. I dunno if last night was a full moon or something, or you just deal with a$$holes all day long, but kudos. Kudos.

5 stars for the company, 1 star for the jerk at this location ruining their image. Shout out to Starbucks customer service today. I went over there on my lunch to grab a snack and a coffee to get me through the rest of my shift. I almost NEVER have issues with them, but the guy today(tallish, tanned skin, dark hair) completely ignored me to talk to his friends. I didn’t get a thank you or have a nice day. Just my drink and straw plopped down. This REALLY bothered me as someone who works retail. I let it go. Until I tasted my coffee.. He clearly didnt even try. I’ve never had a drink that bad. So now I’m REALLY pissed. I decided to write to them and tell them about my service from him. I didn’t do this for free coffee. I work for a company who ALWAYS has customers at their best interest, just like Starbucks. I did this because he’s tarnishing their brand. I expected nothing in return. I not only got a sweet email, an apology, and a promise of a better Friday. They also credited my Starbucks reward card. I will now be going back just based on the email she sent me alone. &They get a 5 star based on that alone

Nice barista, but I realized my non coffee drink was spiked with coffee after I left the mall area. Completely bummed too because I know this drink is made without coffee unless specified, but for whatever reason they put decaf coffee in my drink. $ 4.50 wasted. Very bummed. This seems to be happening more and more with Starbucks. What gives???

Having a good class with First American Title. Love my morning Starbucks. It nice to be here in the morning at the outlet mall. Not too busy and nice and relaxing.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Make what I order. You guys fuck ed up 4 times on my order. It’s a simple order. Quad expresso. Don’t add milk or water. If I didn’t ask for it. If it was a complicated order I wouldn’t say anything. Can get an expresso right. Wow. Never coming back. Don’t even care that they messed up.

I am a fan of Starbucks. And because this if a franchise, this is super hard to comment on how to drinks are. I have ordered many times here and they have never screwed up. Drinks are good. staff are friendly. this place is super busy because its in the outlet so there are lots of traffic. There are lots of seats here so you won’t have trouble finding a table. Worse comes to worse drink outside or head into the food court.

This place was sorely understaffed on July 4th. Wait time even using mobile order was 10 minutes. They could really do with serious improvement.

Need wifi or a coffee pick me up while you’re shopping at the outlet? This is your spot. Location is clean, fast, polite, and pretty much what you’d expect from a Starbucks.

Starbucks is most convenience franchised coffee shop in North America. I usually come down to premium outlet 1 – 2 times a year. After long driving(2 – 3 hours), Starbucks really can help and wake me up. They’re always busy and line up on weekends. The staffs are efficiency and friendly. Glad they have store in outlet!

I’m not sure if this is the review for the right location. There appears to be more than one Starbucks close by the Premium Outlet by the casino, so forgive me if I’ve misread the map. But here’s the giveaway. On certain days, you’ll be standing in the rain. The staff here seems pretty cheerful compared to the sullen youth we found manning most of the shoe outlets and they have their La Boulange line of pastries and sandwiches on display in a small glass case next to the order window. A couple of trademark baskets for impulse snacks sit nearby as well. It’s a good thing it’s here, though, because the food here has to be better and cheaper than the food court which houses one of the most expensive and worst fast food Chinese I’ve ever had. Come one, come all if you’re just looking for a quick pour over or an even quicker ready to go brew to warm your hands. Our dark blend was so hot it remained a palate-scalding temperature all the way to the car and beyond on a cold, gray winter day.

Located adjacent to the food court, Its 1 of 2 Starbucks located in the middle of the Outlet mall. There’s not much seating inside(about 5 chairs), and they’re not the fastest crew. If you’re thirsty, there’s a food court next door. If you really want your Starbucks, its this one or the one about 1 minute walk away.

With all the mad rush of shoppers nearby, lineups are forever. Even their free wifi can be spotty. not much seating area but its outside one facing Banana Republic is best for eye candy action.

Very smart of them to put a Starbucks inside SPO. Curiously enough, they’re actually open BEFORESPO is. Which means that if you get here too early by accident as we did, there is now a place to hang out without freezing your butt off. Parking is available all over the SPO parking lot. Outdoor seating is available in the form of a bench in front of the store. They sell Seattle-branded souvenirs here, but we all know this isn’t quite in Seattle. That’s okay though, as your friends from out of town probably won’t know any better. Their coffee is decent, and consistent.

This is one very busy Starbucks, it always has a line, every single time I have seen it, the place is busy! Perhaps this is because the food court seriously lacks any good options, or maybe it is because people want to spend money at Starbucks. The staff is friendly and very clearly has an efficent plan to keep lines moving. The prices are the same as any other location, and they seem to have a good amount of snacks and lunch boxes available at all times. One thing though I have noticed here is the barista really need to engage more with guests. It seems like such a rush to get a beverage out, they do not ever take the time to look up and smile and say anything other then your name for your drink…

Sad to say its the worse Starbucks I’ve been to! I ordered a tall toffee nut latte and I didn’t taste any toffee nut :( I know it gets really busy so the staff asks for our name so they can write it on the order. My name isn’t popular and I’ve had many many people miss hear me as «Helen», «Elaine», «Melanie», but it’s definitely a first time for«Kelly». Which part of Helaine(hell-lane) sounds like Kelly!!!

There’s used to be more tables and chairs inside the store. However, there’s only a few left inside the nook by the windows. There’s usually a long line here. They opened an outdoor stand by the front door that sells selected drinks. It’s prob. a temporarily stand for the holiday shopping crowds. Even though there’s a long line, they are very efficient in getting your order ready in a timely manner.

This is easily the busiest Starbucks I have ever encountered. I see a long lineup snaking around the whole store as I enter. Being the only Bucks in the outlet mall, I didn’t have much choice. I made a quick count and there were 37 customers ahead of me. There were 6 staff members with one just going down the line taking orders. To my surprise, the line was moving pretty quickly. By the time I paid, my frap was pretty much done. Very friendly and efficient staff, it took exactly 12 minutes to get my caffeine fix. That’s how you move a Starbucks line, kudos to the staff. They have the only free wifi in the outlet mall. Great place for Canadians to get their coffee and Unilocal about while waiting in the lineup, thats multitasking!

A perfect Starbucks. This one gets crowded because it’s right in the heart of the outlet mall, but the line moves fast and the baristas are some of the nicest I’ve ever encountered. Our coffee was also excellent. If you’re addicted to Starbucks like I am, stop in for a beverage that will keep you going while you shop, shop, shop!

I came to this Starbucks twice in one day. The first time the line was at least 35 people deep. I guess everyone needed to get their caffeine on. I needed to make a «rest stop» so I couldn’t wait that long in line. I came back about 2 hours later and there were only 3 people ahead of me in line. Everyone that worked here was über friendly and fast, fast service. I guess they have to since they get so darn busy. I got my usual passion tea lemonade and one of the gals asked if I ever tried it with raspberry. I decided not to try it this time but OMG I’m in for next time.
