The food here is fresh and was made fairly quickly. It was a little expensive, but considering the sandwich came with a drink and fries, it was tolerable. The cashier was very nice and responded with a smile.

Already you have limited choices in the outlet mall. On top of that having a place like is like«what were you thinking«before giving away a restaurant spot . The quality and quantity of food being is satisfactory.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Their staff were NOT trained at all — don’t even have common sense… You know it’s bad when they only have several things on their menu and yet their staff had to read the description EVERYTIME they made a sandwich!!! Literally!!! There were five groups of people waiting and the staff was like:“I don’t know what I should put in this one…” every time she tried to make one… They don’t even know what’s in their sandwiches… We ordered a chicken philly and we waited half an hour. We were the 3rd people out of the five groups… but they kept making the sandwiches for the other two waiting behind us… So yeah they don’t do things in order!!! We were the 3rd but we were the last to get our sandwich. And while making it, she put the vegetables in the pan and forgot about them… so the vegetables got all burned(black colors). She realized that so she got them out in a hurry and threw the vegetables on the counter… You would think she would re-make some for us… but nope she put the black burned crap in our sandwich because she was too lazy to make more — hoping we didn’t see it or she didn’t care at all. The food tasted horrible! Very burned and dry! We were so mad… Will never come back!!! How dare you say«the best grilled chicken on earth» when your chicken tastes so horrible?! Customers BEAWARE!!!

We took a chicken wrap and crispy chicken, to get to the point, it was poorly made the wrap was poor in taste and the fried chicken tasted nothing like chicken but more like oil and burn ! Wont go there again.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a food court food but I have to say it too :) I couldn’t agree more with DineoutGal A. about the chicken fingers! Ranch 1 has the best chicken fingers I’ve had in Seattle area. I don’t know about other menu the Ranch 1 has but their chicken fiingers is golden! Golden brown and crisp and on top of it the chicken tastes sooooooo goooood. If you go shopping to the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall try Ranch 1’s chicken fingers! You’ll love it :) Ranch 1 is no longer in the food court. — October 2015 update

Took forever. There were 3 of us waiting for food. Nothing in comparison to the other restaurants in the food court. Looking at my receipt, it took 7 minutes before she drops my chicken into the fryer. Then 12 minutes to get things on my tray. Fries were cold. Chicken was dry. Horrible service. Inedible so I had Chinese food instead on the other side of food court.

2 stars for the Grilled Chicken teriyaki bowl. Yuck, and the rice was hard. Last time I eat here.

I can’t believe I am writing a review for a fast food joint located in the Seattle Premium Outlet food court but I have to say that Ranch 1 has the best chicken fingers! LOL… They claim that they have the best grilled chicken especially their Ranch Classic meal($ 8.99) which is a grilled chicken sandwich that my mom really enjoyed. Though the fries could have used another fry to make them crispier. The chicken fingers($ 6.99) were lightly battered, not too greasy and is actually real white meat and not processed. The meat was juicy and flavourful though I would pass on the honey mustard sauce as that just tasted gross. Ketchup was fine by me. Overall, surprisingly good quick lunch at the mall!
