I have had nothing but great experiences when I have shopped at this store. The sales manager is friendly, quick, and professional. She even remembers me from previous purchases. I was in and out of the store very quickly, with the type and style shoe I like, and all for a great price. I plan to return to this store time and time again for my dress shoe purchases.

I walked by this store and saw some shirts that I liked so I went in … I had never heard of this brand before.
I browsed around and found several shirts that I liked but the shirt that I liked the most didn’t have my size except for the one in the window. I asked the sales person to swap out the large on the rack for the medium in the window … But was told no… And rather rudely … So much in fact that my 11 and 13 year old commented on it.
So I left nearly $ 200 in clothes on the counter. I won’t shop with this company again.

When Spring is in the air the prices go way down on their winter stock. I’ve found some really nice things that no one else has. The look is classy but uniquely hip, the detailing and quality very nice. They are pricey, but with discounts they’re reasonable and fill a nice gap in the urbane and sophisticated end of the closet. Sure the sales people will try to coax you into an extra scarf or three, but beyond liking everything you try on they are pretty helpful.

I totally disagree with the other reviewer. I found the sales staff to be professional. and she didn’t spend anytime on the phone. I didn’t find the shoes I was looking for, and the prices weren’t as exceptional as I had hoped. I chalk this up to be an average experience, and not sure I’d be back…

This location provides poor immature service for a «fine brand» retailer. The sales staff lack professionalism in their attention, mannerism, and service etiquette. The gal with the piercings skitters around the store and gossips on the phone with friends. Also, the selection of shoes does not have variety or quality. The materials may be seem fancy, but their construction is poor. Granted the imprining may say ‘lambskin’ or ‘deerskin’, I could care less. Try nearby shoe sellers instead (Cole Haan, Kenneth Cole).
