Twins Chicken Tenders was started by three best friends. They had the idea of creating a tasty & fresh alternative to traditional fried chicken. Understanding that times have changed, they created a fresh and authentic concept that appeals to today’s desires. Focusing on FARM FRESH chicken tenders that are made to order and rolls made from scratch daily. Twins seeks to provide great tasting chicken tenders and first class customer service.

We understand that peoples lives are faster than every, but that doesn’t mean your food has to lack in quality just because you need something quick. So we simplified our concept to cater to peoples needs. Great food, fast service, and affordable prices.

Those chicken strips, those chicken strips! They were so fresh and non greasy! The cringe fries were nice and crispy!
Those twins, those twins, so polite and handsome!
The rolls were fluffy and warm like a bath robe, the employees were so friendly! The food is cook to order and still comes out fast!

The store front caught my eye. It’s covered in red barn wood & walnut wood it looks very unique with a modern feel. But when I glanced at the menu I was immediately offered a sample to try after eating it I was hooked. The simple sample was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I order combo 3 half and half VERY GOOD crinkle cut fries fresh baked roll and their secret sauce is the BEST. everything is cooked on order. The customer service was very genuine. This fast casual concept is exactly what this mall was missing great job and food at Twins Chicken

Updating my review. I work at Nordstrom in the mall now but me and a few co-​workers get lunch from here at least once a week. We’re addicted it’s the only place in the mall that taste like a home cooked meal. The employees are very friendly

Just an update on my previous review. I have pretty much been a regular here for the past 6 months. Even though they are way busier than before, I notice that they still take the time to come up to every customer and ask how the food tastes, if they need anything else, etc. Not something I would expect, and it says a lot about the business. The quality is just as good as before, but they now manage to get orders out quicker, which helps when you’re on a short lunch break.

Second time coming here. LOVE IT. The owners are twins!!! Lol but they are super nice and make the juiciest tenders I’ve had. Good food. Simple menu. Super soft rolls. I hope they continue to do well!

I love the chicken here. It’s the only chicken I crave being pregnant. However I am disappointed with their service. They do not seem happy to be at their job and I always see new faces working so I’m assuming that they aren’t happy. They also do not change their gloves. I saw an employee take an order with gloves, walk into the back, come back and batter the chicken and then put the food in the box. This is upsetting because I work in a restaurant where customer service and cleanliness are all stressed to the max. Taste wise I give it 5 stars but everything else I can not say the same.

Dissappointed not crispy, had the original, I remembering being more crispy first time I was there, the biscuits are delicious, if chicken was more consistent I would upgrade this to a 4. it’s worth trying though.

Met one of the brothers and they are believers! Go support!!! Their sauce is fantastic for the chicken! The chicken is freshly cooked and is very tender. Their chicken does not sit under heat lamps! Would go back again if we drop by. We were from out of town

I love how the spicy chicken is just slightly spicy
I love the super moist and fluffy rolls
and i reallly reallly appreciate how they cook their food. I can’t really eat too ‘greasy” of foods because it causes major bloating for me. so normally fried chicken is not a choice, but my stomach can handle this, and it makes me coming back. thanks for letting me enjoy comfort food too!

The chicken strips are really good here. The breading is perfect.
They batter and fry the chicken to order so it may take about 10 minutes to get your food.
The spicy strips are not all that spicy really but they do have good flavor. I like the spicy sauce and the rolls. It’s all good. Go here!

Super fast, super fresh, super tasty. Pretty much beats ezells in every way, except maybe sides offerings, but it’s about the chicken! And the rolls and the fries.

I moved here from the Dallas area, and there’s a chicken place there called Canes. It was my FAVORITE. I Would go there quite often. Twins is ALMOST a perfect match. Good enough to keep me coming back.
The chicken is juicy, the crinkle cut fries are usually cooked perfectly. The staff is pretty friendly. Be sure to use the twin sauce, its delicious.
My only complaint really is that a drink doesn’t come with the meal. I always forget to order a drink with my meal.

Love the idea that they make their food fresh! It is worth waiting about 5 – 10 minutes. I got the spicy combo number four with the twins sauce (I think that’s what it’s called), dinner roll, fries and a drink. Boyyyyy, I finished that food in like less than five minutes. LOL. It was really good! The chicken was hot and crunchy! The best part of it was that it wasn’t drenched in oil. Hallelujah! One less thing to worry about when you wanna eat unhealthy lol. I do wish it was more spicy though. The fries were perfect, just how I like it! It crunched in your mouth and went very well with the twins sauce.
What I didn’t like and thought was really weird was that when you get a drink, they hand you the lid of the cup and expect you to put it on yourself. It’s not that big of a deal, I’ve just never seen that before…

Something new in the mall food court and it was beyond expectations. The chicken is definitely the star of the meal as it was hot, juicy, and fresh. The twin sauce was perfectly balanced and I can see why they charge for extra … Because you want to go back for more! The roll was a sweet compliment to the meal.

You are not welcomed. They take your order and hand you the receipt with order number on it. They give you your drink with no lid on it and expect you to put it on yourself. How lazy is that. The cooking time is slow. The rolls are never fresh. The amount of fries then give you in your meal is a joke.

Super moist in the inside, crispy coating on the outside. Fries are okay, I personally don’t like the frozen fries, I think fresh cut fries would be amazing with these! The twin sauce is. Well absolutely mouth watering and delicious. I had this place for lunch and I wanted it for dinner. Definitely going again this weekend!!! The rolls are soooooooo good.
But really the star of the entire meal was the tenders and that ridiculously good sauce! My mouth is salivating and tummy grumbling as I think of it. Mmmmmmmmmm
