Fast and friendly. What more can you ask for from a UPS store? I came in to fax a few things and was helped by the owner and one of his employees (these smaller stores are independently owned/​operated), both were friendly and helpful and engaged me (and other customers) in friendly banter about the upcoming Seahawks game.

I walked in and walked out fairly quickly. Speedy friendly service. And hey, who wants to have their afternoon consumed in tasks such as this. No hassle a day very helpful. I’ll take it. Definitely a stop I can frequent if I can’t arrange for a ups pickup.

The store is well run and the people are nice, but the rates are INSANE! $ 101 to mail a three-​pound package overnight to Florida. Maybe it’s me, but that is really costly.

As I was standing there deciding on what box I wanted to use, a woman there came up from the rear of the store to the counter (still some distance from me) and nearly demanded to know what I wanted the box for. I had to explain it three times to her as she wasn’t getting it and questioning me. Why do I need to be questioned? It’s my stuff, I didn’t ask for help, and I certainly didn’t ask to be badgered! As I was trying to open a box to look at the space inside, she said to me «.why don’t you bring that over here before you break it?»
She couldn’t even bring herself out from around the counter, to me (the customer), to help me. No, she put a lot of attitude in her tone and treated me as if I was 12.
What I am is a responsible 47 year old man, home/​car owner, holds down a job, I even bathe regularly! I am not a rambunctious teenager bent on destroying $ 2 boxes. I am a customer, with money to spend and now because of her piss poor attitude, and the way she addressed me, she has lost more than $ 2 for I will never again enter this store.

It’s one thing to have a great experience a few times with a business, but it’s quite another to do daily business spanning years and look back and see nothing but consistently outstanding service with only one or two understandable and quickly corrected mistakes.
The US Postal Service at my home is like the garbage man in reverse, and only half as reliable, which led me to get a Personal Mail Box with this UPS store, and have my mail and packages remailed to me every day. I’ve been doing this for about 2 years now, and just signed on for another year and a half.
If everything in life ran as smoothly as this UPS Store, we’d have a perfect world.

Dropped off a package here, but when I went to leave, my car wouldn’t start. They were very friendly, helped give my car a jump, and even gave my 2 year old daughter and me cookies and water. I’m very grateful!

I avoid returning stuff because I hate the hassle. So I it’s been a few months since I first tell myself I should go to a UPS store to return this amazon buy. I tried to go to one that I found online would be near my house, but totally couldn’t find the location!! Finally today the weather was nice and I wasn’t exhausted. I finally looked up what other UPS stores around the neighborhood and headed over to this UPS store. It’s right across from south center mall on seafood city side. Located in the LA fitness plaza, next to yeti yogurt and sushi land.
The whole process of returning the package was totally painless. Pretty much a piece of cake ! The female cashier greeted me, weighted the package and then gave me a dropped off receipt. Viola !! I’m done!!! Not even taking me a minute !! Now I know how easy to actually return things. Maybe I will buy things online even more !!

I’ve had a mailbox here for a couple years. Mr. Berry and his staff are very helpful and professional. I’ve always had positive interactions with them, no issues or complaints. I suspect I’ll keep my mailbox there indefinitely.
My only «problem» is they’re not open Sunday, but that’s a pretty small complaint.
There’s a nice, cheap sushi restaurant next door (Sushiland?) that allows me to indulge my sushi fetish whenever I pick up my mail.
I recommend this business without reservation and no, I don’t get a kickback for saying this…

This is not the warehouse — the warehouse is at 550 Andouver. You can go there as well, if you would like. But that place is really just a pick up and drop off location.
This is a full service UPS Store.
And I love it. I’ve been several times and every time I am greeted with the loveliest customer service. Why can’t my guys be like yours? You’re so awesome! They bring dolly’s out to the car and actually bring the packages in for me :-o What what what!!!
And they SMILE! what what!!!
Kidding aside — very nice guys, thanks. I really like coming here. If I didn’t have to go to your warehouse more often than not, I would come to you. Your superb customer service leaves me smiling and feeling quite pleased.

It’s a standard UPS store. I was a bit annoyed that they wanted a detailed list of what I was sending but they only took 5 or so minutes to process me through.
