We are a small business that was in desparate need of upgrading our email system. We have worked with Zim on previous occasions for occasional computer problems that we could not fix ourselves. Todd at Zim was always there, always professional, and always fixed our problems with a minimum of hassle.
Most recently, we upgraded our email to an exchange server, among other things. Todd and his team made the necessary arrangements, then came into our office and applied the settings to each of our computers.
We couldn’t be happier with how easy it is to work with all of the staff at Zim, and to get what we asked for, handed to us in an economical way, and with a minimum of disruption to our normal working environment.
Our experience with Zim, has been excellent every time we needed them.
