This guy was an absolute nightmare to work with. He RUINED our bags — completely unusable. Then he promised us a refund and now won’t give it to us. I’ve never met someone with so little regard for quality or their clientele.

Very fast, nice job, amazing to work with the owner, super reasonably priced. It was for my wedding last year, so needed it done very quickly. I always have high expectations on prints and there are lots of very small/​fine prints in the design, but they turned out really great. We even get to try hands-​on screen printing on site, it was very educational and fun. Thanks, Brian! I’d come back to print more other things in the future.

I live about 45 min away from this place but when I need custom shirts for my business I come here. They have absolutely the beat prices! Good quality most importantly i get my shirts within days. I was very impressed with Angry Squid Ink. I sent in a shirt that I had used a previous year, Brian made a few changes, and sent it back to me within 24 hours. I had the shirts on my doorstep 4 days later. The shirts were good quality, the prices were the best I found and the service was great. I actually needed an additional 10 shirts (I had some late sign up) and Brain got me 10 more shirts within 48 hours. I was very impressed. I will most definitely use them again!

I’ve been to this place for business twice.
The first time, my school’s French Club ordered about 20 t –shirts from these guys. This was not a bad experience. They can be hard to get a hold of, and they didn’t return my calls as quickly as I would’ve liked, but in the end we got our t-​shirts for a very low price and in a timely manner.
The second time, I decided to come back here to order crew necks for about 10 people in my class because my previous experience was a good one. This was the total opposite. They took FOREVER to return my calls, and sometimes never even returned them! I had to send them numerous emails, but they somehow «didn’t receive them», and the ones that they did receive they didn’t even bother replying to! Whenever I called nobody would answer… One time I called to ask when my order would be ready and I was lead to an answering machine that was too full with messages… which made sense to me because they never answer their phone! Another time I called and I immediately received an automated message saying the number was disconnected… What?! After weeks of me waiting to hear back from them, Brian, the owner, finally emails me that my order will be done on Friday. When I go the following Tuesday to pick them up, he tells me they aren’t ready and to come back the same time the next day and they will be ready then. That same day I paid for my order and he told me I owed him way more than he quoted in the first place! I told him I only had the amount that he said it would cost when he first gave me an estimate and he obliged… Fast forward to the next day and, sure enough, the sweatshirts are still not ready. I was so disappointed and angry, I got my money back and canceled the order.
Their prices are dirt cheap, but with their horrible customer service… I’d recommend you take your business somewhere else.

I wanted some jerseys printed for my ultimate frisbee team, and heard a recommendation for Angry Squid Ink. I wanted some polyester /​synthetic jerseys that weren’t too expensive, and they recommended a decent «Sport-​Tek» fabric that worked out to around $ 14 per jersey with a one-​color screen, which was right in my price range. I decided on Angry Squid over some other screen printing shops because it seemed like they would be able to help out with a design for the jerseys; I went back and forth on several e-​mails with one of their designers, and although he wasn’t able to make a few tweaks that I suggested, the final design still turned out really cool. The jerseys are holding up well after a couple months of use.
Service was excellent; communicating with the shop by e-​mail and phone was easy. Payment was cash or check only, and I had to send in a deposit (50% I think) before they started printing. I contacted them about three weeks before my event, so my order was printed in plenty of time, although if you’re in a rush and know what you want it seemed like they could accommodate much faster orders. I ended up ordering a second batch of jerseys, which was easy and took only another week. I would order from Angry Squid again.

So we’re a bunch of TwiGeeks (ie, extremely cool and hard to please) and we ended up with a whole gaggle of shirts that made the other nerds in line rip out their hair in envy and beat their chests in lamentation. Seriously? Seriously.

So I called these guys up and asked if they might be interested in helping me sponsor in some way my soccer team for an up coming soccer tournament where I needed 25 or so t shirts. They asked me if our team was any good I said not really but we are good at drinking beer after the game. He said awesome that is something to get behind — not a direct quote–
He gave me a smoking deal on some shirts with numbers and an angry squid playing soccer. Hopefully we can make our sponsors proud this weekend in coming in first in either soccer or beer drinking!
