10,000 Cellphones of Tukwila

I had given up on my tablet ever working again, but decided to give it a try. I had to go to several stores that refused to even service it, until I came to 10 000 Cellphones. It was the only place I could find even willing to try. Whats more, they said it would be no charge unless they fixed the issue. I had nothing to loose! A couple days later, they called and said that it was ready, and to bring a charger to test if it worked. I am so happy with the results! Any time I have issues with a device I won’t hesitate to take it to them, or tell my friends to take anything to them.

These guys are a life saver. I work and live off my phone. They fixed my cracked screen and tablet really fast! I’m so glad I found these guys.

Brought in my cracked iPhone 6 and got it fixed in an hour! Love how I didn’t have to be without my phone for very long. Awesome job guys.

Dropped my iphone 5s last night in a cold parking garage and it cracked. Read some comments on here and saw it was fast with super kind service, and cheap/​reasonably priced. The location was convenient so I decided to give it a go.
I walked in, no appointment needed. The man looked at my phone and quoted me at $ 100 plus tax. I was kind of surprised because I read other reviews saying they paid $ 60 – 80. I wonder why I came up to $ 100? Does it depend on how bad the crack is? Does it depend on the phone model? In retrospect, I wish I asked but I was having a bad morning and I just wanted to get it fixed before heading out to class so I had them do their magic. Waiting time was an hour; not bad at all.
Customer service? Ehhh… They took my phone and fixed it… Nothing really homey or extra kind… I didn’t feel too welcome or anything. Just felt like another customer with a broken phone who came and left. Again I was confused because all the other comments were saying how amazingly kind they were! Did I walk into the right store?!
Came back an hour later and my phone was ready on time. A different guy rang me up and offered a tempered glass screen protector for $ 20 more. I decided why not, since I’m already shelling out $ 100… I might as well shell out another bill for extra protection lord know my clumsy ass needs it.
Took him a minute to put it on. Overall I’m happy with the quick service, but I’m «eh» with their customer service and the price. I can’t complain too much though. My phone looks brand new with extra protection and I spent $ 131 total, after tax. That’s not bad, right?

If i could give this place 10 stars I would. After procrastinating on replacing my severely cracked iphone 6 screen that have been missing chucks i’ve finally pulled the trigger. I am a clumsy person and have cracked numerous screens and have been to a few different repair shops locally in the renton/​seattle area and received nothing but terrible service, phone call/​walk in wise. So i’d opt to just get a new phone. But in this situation i did not want to get a new phone since my contract ends in less than a month. Did some research, Unilocaled, than came across 10,000 cellphones after reading i’ve decided to commit to this repair shop. Messaged them through facebook late evening and received a quick reply. In the message they mentioned i was able to come in the next morning and gave me a price that was affordable and reasonable. Came in at 10:30−11am next morning and an associate took my information down, offered a temp glass protection with an discount of $ 10 which i was going to ask for since im really clumsy and told me to come back within an hour. Such quick and prompt timing. Came back at 12:10 everything was ready. Another sales associated checked me out and explained prices ect ect. As i was paying with my card he also asked to see my ID to see if it matches. Over all i would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends. My experience through their quick service, attentiveness, honesty, reasonable pricing, professionalism, and all of the above! Thank you very much i am a happy camper my phone is looking almost new!

The charging port on my galaxy s4 was recently broken; this was very depressing since I never back up my pictures or contacts… dumb I know. Luckily I found 10,000 Cellphones on Unilocal.I stopped in last week and was promptly greeted by Ernie. After I explained my situation Ernie presented me with multiple options which I really appreciated. Ultimately I decided to have him get my contacts and photos off the phone and I then traded it in. The service was extremely quick, I could have had everything that day if I had the time to come back, and fairly priced. Ernie also provided me with tips for my Galaxy Edge that was coming in the mail! These guys are great I would definitely go back but hopefully my new phone doesn’t break :)

My phone slid off my car and the screen cracked. I called 10,000 Cellphones and they quoted me a price and time it would take to repair it. Dropped my phone off, picked it up, and it works like a champ. No surprise on the price. They did exactly what they said they would do for the price they stated. Can’t get better than that. If I need any more cellphone maintenance, I will definitely return to 10,000 Cellphones in Tukwila.

$ 80 and 2 hours later my moms phone was brand new again. Her screen was TERRIBLY cracked and 10,000 phones was able to get it looking better than new and even updated it for her. She was very happy which is why I’m writing this 5 star review for her.

The service and quality if work at this place was unbeatable. Especially Ernie. I went to two stores in to evaluate my damaged iPhone 6 plus screen and both stores and basically lied to me until I brought to be looked it by this store. Not only did they expose the fraudulence and major mistakes other repair shops made to my my phone (which completely voided my apple warranty) but they restored functionality to the point I was able to sell it for market value. Whereas before damage was caused to internal components and I was told my phone should just be thrown away. I highly highly recommend this location and store for all your cell phone repair needs, especially if you care about quality and integrity in the service you get. In under an hour, weeks and weeks of cell phone problems were resolved. Thanks Ernie!

Honestly the best cell phone repair shop in town! They fix almost everything and offer other services like buying, selling, and trading your phones. I traded my old phone for the Samsung Galaxy s5 Active which I absolutely LOVE! And the owner Chris was so awesome to fix my niece’s old ipod multiple times. So I’ve personally seen how much dedication they put into these repairs and providing the best possible service. Thanks 10k! You guys are awesome!

I just got my iPhone 5 screen fixed here and they did an amazing job! I only waited 25 minutes for Danny to fix my screen and it looks completely brand new! He even threw in a discount for a new screen protector. I would definitely recommend this place, thank you Danny!

These guys pulled me out of a real good jam, made a dumb move and got my SIM card stuck in my S6 Active and ATT had turned me away. These guys have excellent customer service and support skills. Decent prices too.

Okay, had a pretty nice accident with my phone. I literally landed on it while mountain biking. Totally smashed the screen. I was worried my phone was toast. Turns out it worked perfectly except for the smashed screen? Even though a friend of mine recommended them, I still called around to check prices and they had the lowest price around. Took it in to them and they pretty much told me this was the worst case of smashed and slightly bent iPhone 6 plus they had seen in the shop. I just told them to work their magic. Long and behold, 1.5 hours later. I received my phone back and it was like new… I was stoked. They were able to straighten out if not all of the bend in the phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I initially messaged them on Unilocal with a question and they responded in less than 24hrs. The day after I messaged them I figured I could drop my cracked iphone off after work and pick it up the next morning (since I don’t have very much time after work until they close). Instead they suggested for me to bring it in the next day and took $ 15 off my repair! Great customer service and prices.
UPDATE:
For some reason my screen started to come out of the frame after a couple months and I came back ready to pay whatever (if I needed to). I threw away the receipt from when I had them fix my cracked screen and didn’t think they would have me on record. They did! All they needed was the phone number my initial transaction was on and they took care of everything else. Picked up my phone with a NEW screen, NEW screen protector and didn’t pay a dime!

I called in and asked how much it would cost to fix a nexus 7 tablet with charging problem. I was quoted $ 60. I asked how long and he said an hour and a half. They close at 7 so I asked if I drop it off at 5:30 will it be done by closing and he said yes. I arrive at 5:15 and he tells me it won’t be done until tomorrow because he has lots of work. I said that’s not what you told me on the phone. Then he said he could have it done by 6:30. At 6:30 I get a call and he says it won’t be done until Wednesday. That’s 5 days total. I feel he baited me into the store by saying 1.5 hours.
edit: On Wednesday I went in to pick up my tablet. The guy at the counter (owner?) told me they overnighted several charging ports to try to repair my tablet. It charges now but only with OEM chargers. Aftermarket chargers won’t charge the tablet. That’s good enough for me. I was prepared to pay the $ 60 I was quoted but I was surprised when he wouldn’t take my money! He said since he couldn’t do the job 100% it was on the house! This completely makes up for being baited in. This is how a great business gets return customers.

I had a great experience w/​10k. The staff is knowledgeable & put a new battery in my 5s in only 30min (including testing the charge). Not only was their work good, but they backed it w a lifetime warranty (in case the replacement battery doesn’t hold up).
Anyway I’ll definitely be back if I have any more cell phone problems.

I haven’t gotten any phones repaired here but I did buy a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S4 from here ($ 350) and it was a pretty good experience despite one hiccup: I got home and found out that the headphone jack was broken so I couldn’t plug anything into it. This made me really upset because I then had to go back there the next day to exchange it for another S4. That initial experience made me a little wary and wonder how well they inspect their phones before reselling them because to me, testing the headphone jack is pretty obvious. But I went for the exchange anyway and got another S4.
Ernie was nice and helpful and apologized for the phone exchange. He even took in my granny old HTC Sensation 4G that I thought I was just going to throw in the garbage (can’t believe I was able to get 20 bucks for it). Cosmetically, my «new» phone is ⁹⁄₁₀ (YAY) and I haven’t experienced any hardware issues since replacing the phone a little over a week ago. Love love the Galaxy S4. Sure, I’ll come back and refer others here. Oh, I was told that there is a 90 day warranty on any of their refurbished phones but I did not notice that guarantee stated on their receipt…
EDIT: I ended up having to return and get a refund for the second phone because I wasn’t able to get any service from it. From the information I received from Tmobile, the phone was reported stolen so they put a lock on it. This is no fault of 10,000 Cellphones since they wouldn’t know whether or not someone is trying to sell them a pone that’s stolen, but I learned my lesson from this headache. No more refurbished phones for me.

I brought my friend’s daughter here today to fix her Galaxy S. Her phone has been busted for a long time, I mean really busted! So busted I wasn’t sure if anyone could save it LOL
First, I think her screen has been cracked since forever. I don’t know how she managed to continue texting on it. Teenagers… I’m old so me looking at the spider web screen would make me dizzy for days. It had tape on the screen at some point because I think she’s cut her finger trying to continue using it! Trooper status!
Anyway, someone attempted to remove/​fix the screen and broke it even more which is why we ended up here.
Wow, the before and after pictures would amaze you. I was truly amazed because it looks NEW! Not even kidding. It went from garbage can status to DANG YOU GOT A NEW PHONE status!
The gentlemen here are really nice. It only took about 1.5 hours, and for the price or definitely beats buying a NEW phone. They also buy jail broken and water’ed out phones. I know there’s a term for that, but I’m hungry and I can’t think LOL. I’m going to bring my busted iPhone, I fell out of a canoe with it in my pocket so I hope I can get some $$ or they can work a miracle so I can recover my pictures.
