Im in my late 20s and have been looking for a competent, caring, and honest doctor for a loooooong time. Im very pleased to be under her care. The front desk girls are very helpful and customer oriented. Friendly and painless blood drawer and easy to talk to EKG operator did outstanding work. Signing up was a breeze. Wait time was fair. Office is clean and well run. Prepare to be spoken to like a 5 year old by a pediatrician irregardless of your age.

I wrote a review before but Unilocal removed my review I don’t know what was the reason. Anyway I will right one more time :)
I really like this place except the waiting time. Doctor and staff are really friendly and helpful. Unlike to some other reviews, office is clean.

I’ve been going to Dr. Baltaian for past couple of years already. Dr Baltaian is a professional and a really good person. She genuinely cares, and has concerns for her patients. Her staff members are also wonderful! They make you feel comfortable and treat you with so much positivity. Thank u Doctor so so much!!!

Where do I begin? Grab some popcorn or open a bottle of wine… Here we go…
Practice opens at 9:30. I get there at 9:30 (my appointment is 10 and I want to be early in hopes of getting in early and getting out early) Umm… that didn’t happen. I left at 12:00.
I walk in, sit down in the waiting area. First thing I notice is how FILTHY the floors are and its only the start of the day which means floors were not cleaned when they opened or the day before… Not being picky but this is a place that’s expected to be clean… I see black dirt (definitely from a few days), foot prints, dust bunnies (obviously from a few days). The chairs have dirt and hair all over it…
I get called in and sent to a room… the first thing I notice is the trash is full… Hmm…didnt you just open? And the trash is full to the top? So I now assume these people don’t clean… eww.
So Im waiting for the doctor… actually everyone is waiting… all 15 of us…
It’s 10:15.no dr…10:30…no dr…10:45 no dr… she finally decides to join us at 10:50…She walked in dressed like she was vacationing in the Hamptons…
She decides to come to the room at 11:25 am… at this point I wanted to leave 1. because she has no consideration for people’s time or the fact that we may have other things to do that day or other appointments to get to and that’s why we call ahead of time and make an appointment… otherwise I would’ve just walked in dont you think? 2. at the way this office was run because it was so unprofessional… Room FULL and I mean FULLLLLL of people and no rooms to put them in, people loud and yelling across the rooms to eachother… I dont’ work in the medical field but I assume staff wearing sandals is not allowed? Especially when it’s a place where there are needles and blood is drawn?
This is NOT a doctors office… this was a business and she’s hungry for money…
I was there for a blood test only. She wanted to do extra things probably to charge more. So as the DR is talking to me she says she wants me to have an EKG (which I shouldve refused) so the girl takes me to another room and does an EKG… she takes the results and says she will show the Dr… she comes back and says the Dr. wants to get an authorization for a cardiologist… ummmm where is the Dr? Doesnt she want to go over the results with me? Explain her concerns? Ohhh… the Dr is already in another room with the next patient… That was the last straw for this sorry excuse of a doctors office or «doctor»
So…something as important as my heart… you dont want to discuss it with me? Express what concerned you so much that you want to send me to a cardiologist? Should I be worried? Is it something urgent? What did the results mean? Are there any activities I should avoid? Food? Coffee? All caffeine? Is there something I should do to prevent something. Am I causing it? I don’t know… I don’t know anything because she didn’t even bother to see me after I was sent to do the EKG. Can you believe she went in with the next patient… I dont know about you but that right there proved that this is only a place of business and she probably receives something for referring patients out… I dont know how she practices and how she has patients. this place is a joke and that Dr is a WHACK! And she will lie straight in your face!
I wouldnt waste my time here and I will NEVER RETURN and I will tell everyone about my experience. By 12 there were already 20 people there. By 5 she probably sees 60. How can you be a good dr and see that many people and actually put time with them?
Save your time and go somewhere decent to a person that became a dr for the right reasons…

I can’t imagine giving someone unnecessary stress and anxiety worrying about their heart and not being able to sleep because you want to make some extra money… Shame on you.
Oh and I tried calling for 4 days straight and no one answered the phone…

Recommended 100%! Doctor Lilit Baltaian is an absolute treasure ! I’ve never felt more taken care of as I do with her! She’s amazing at following up with any medical concern you may have and it’s clear she truly cares about you as her patient. Thank you doctor Lilit Baltaian!!!
(yes, i drive from fresno to see her, and im thankful i found her through Unilocal!!)

I came to this office once as a walk in and I didn’t even know what insurance I had because I haven’t seen a doctor in years because every time i went i always had a bad experience. But since i live around the area i thought why not lets try this out and see what this office is about. There were 2 girls sitting in the front and they helped me by checking to see if i have insurance and i did but it was under a random doctors name that i never even seen so they helped me change the doctor, and even though it was going to be effective on the 1^st of next month the doctor was still kind enough to meet me and i told her a few things and she told me all the ways she would help me with my medical conditions. I actually felt really comfortable and im looking forward for my appoinment in december to actually have my full physical checkup. Everyone in that office was just so welcoming felt good to be in a positive environment, now i can see why it was packed but well worth the wait. There is no doctors office that u go in and walk right in and dont wait so thats not an issue and i thing patients need to be understanding. See you guys again in December.

I came here to meet her before choosing her and she was so sweet she answered all my questions thoroughly and took her time to listen to me, which i really appreciate. Not every dr cares about a patients well being but she made me feel so comfortable i told her everything i hadnt said to any dr ever and ever since than she has been helping me so much. That same day i just gave all my info and she did a physical and i did a blood test, my results came i went to visit her again and she went over all my results and with me and prescribed me all the meds i needed to be treated and ive been feeling great ever since. She also has an MRI tech and Ultrasound tech at her office although they only take Medicare patients its still useful to know that ur primary dr has all these useful tools in her office. The 2 girls in the front are also so helpful everytime i call they give me an appointment and when i go to my appointments im always greeted so nicely. Im happy i have dr right by house its my new home lol. I hope my review was helpful to you guys and if you dont believe me you can go meet her and see it yourself.

Great Family Doctor. She has magic hands. Sweet lady and very engaging with her patients. Recommended 100%!
