Excellent service. Detailed, honest, they are clear about what they are going to do and follow through. We were nearly duped by another septic tank specialist. We needed our tank certified before we closed on our home. Gopher construction not only explained the process, they were thorough and provided us with a written review of our tank. Can’t recommend them enough. They ended up saving us thousands. Thank you!

I highly recommend Gopher Construction, I can’t say enough good things about them. After Somatdary, Inc. dba Rapid Plumbing ripped off my elderly client for $ 7,500 installing a fiberglass sleeve on her sewer pipe, which she didn’t need, as she just had a backed up kitchen sink. Rapid Plumbing tried to get her to agree to a $ 42,000 replacement of her septic tank. I called Gopher Construction. They came right out, checked out her septic tank and found it to be in perfectly fine condition, no replacement needed. They performed some maintenance and cleaned it up for a reasonable price. I’m so thankful for Gopher Construction.

A ‘rooter” service had ripped of my elderly parents on a $ 7,800.00, twenty-​five foot sewer «reline» job while i was living out of state, and the sewer began backing up again within weeks. I came back and two friends gave enthusiastic recommendations for Gopher. I called, and Chad came out that afternoon with his scope/​camera. He showed us the FOUR FEET of reline that had been done, as well as all the 1″ roots nearly filling the inside of the pipe. He warned us that the roots prevented his camera from going further, but the pipe most likely needed to be completely replaced, possibly under our terrazzo flooring… He gave us a bid which we accepted immediately, without getting any competing bids. It was clear that we could trust this guy.
The next morning his 2-​man crew (a journeyman plumber and an experienced helper) arrived 30 minutes EARLY and began digging. As feared, the pipe was completely broken (probably by the «rooter» people). It was unclear if there were more breaks further in. The crew contacted Chad by phone, and we all decided to dig under the terrazzo, rather than through it. And again, another complete break.
Two hours later the pipe was repaired, a new clean out was installed at the break site, and another was installed farther down line. The dirt was replaced, and the plants replanted, and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They completed the work for half the bid price, minus the earlier fee for scoping the pipe, and they finished an hour early. The gave us a root killer to apply every three months, just in case.
These guys, from the boss to the helper, are top notch — the way every business should treat their customers. We enthusiastically recommend Gopher!

This really is as good as it gets!!! I have wasted thousands of dollars dodging what really needed to happen for our company to have no more plumbing problems. I was told it wasn’t going to work if I had a company like Gopher come in and tie us into the city but I decided to just call anyway and started getting quotes… My existing plumber was telling me it would cost about $ 30k more than what it actually costs me to get what was needed done. I met with Chad and definitely felt like it was the right thing to do to hire him and get us connected to the city sewer line and unhooked from two neighboring properties but I was scared I would have surprise costs and it would take a longer and be a bigger ordeal than he described…
Two days later… I am soooo happy I dealt with Chad at Gopher Construction!!! We are finished, street looks like nothing ever happened, the cost was exactly as my bid with no other hidden costs, they were very professional, efficient and just straight awesome that I feel I need to share this with everyone! Gopher Construction has been added to my Rolodex ;) Thank you guys and especially Chad for doing such a fantastic job!!!

Everyone at Gopher is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Cliff especially goes out of his way to provide his customers (and even non customers) helpful and important information about septic systems and local ordinances. He was invaluable in giving us pointers in dealing with city and county health and building departments when we considered renovation work at our house.
We first spoke with Gopher when we were considering buying a house that they serviced. At the time, they spent 45 minutes on the phone with us detailing some of the basics of septic systems and answering questions. I felt they really wanted to help and impart their knowledge vs. just wanting to get us off the phone, which you might expect. Our Realtor reinforced our initial opinion, saying that Gopher is top-​notch and very well regarded in the area. Now that we purchased a (different) home, we have a service contract with Gopher for our Piranha system, and we are now a very happy customer.

These guys are old-​school. A true family business. We bought our house with a Piranha system already installed in the septic tank and Gopher has been servicing the system annually ever since. They’re prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Virtually everyone on our street has has had to have emergency pump-​outs (that stink up the street!) but not us. Don’t sweat it – let Gopher go fer your poop.

If you have a septic tank and you want wonderful service to deal with your stinky problems, these are the guy. They are so helpful and quick to respond to any problems you have. I had a Priana installed in my septic tanks a couple of years ago and it has been a great solution to my overflow issue… when there have been problems out of normal conditions they have always been right there to help. They know their S*#@ so to speak.
