Out of all the other companies that I called, they were the only ones to bring my car car from Ohio, Columbus to Los Angeles, California. Best price if course! Will definitely do business with again.

I spoke to Henry at Coastal Car Transport. He was professional and prompt and explained me how the process worked. He gave me a good price and my car was picked up right on time and was delivered a day ahead of schedule which was a good thing.
The only thing which could have been improved was my request to put the vehicle in the lower section of the trailer to avoid bird poop etc. however it was not that measy to reduce a star. Overall would recommend.

Henry was extremely rude. I wanted to ship my car from CA to IN and called months ahead to get a quote. He seemed nice in the beginning but as it got closer to the ship date, I started getting worried since I had to ship by car by a general date so that I would be able to receive it after I arrive. It was about a week before we agreed to ship the car when I called to confirm everything (since its my first time shipping my car or anything of that sort). During the call, he started getting annoyed and started to raise his voice and yell at me. He seemed extremely mad when I asked him why he was yelling and cussing at me (I mean I understand if he was having a bad day, but come on). He then responded by saying that he was not yelling (when obviously he was). I then asked to talk to his supervisor and he then retorted laughingly that he was the boss. I then asked him if this is how he treats his customers and sincerely told him that I just wanted to confirm everything. After all this, he told me to hold on tight until he gives me a call back. He called me two days before he was supposed to get my car and said that he found a driver to get my car THAT DAY. I told him I was not ready and that I thought we planned to do it two days later (and besides if I did it that day, then there would be no one to receive my car on that end since I was planning to travel later on that week). He then said he would call me back waiting on other drivers. On the day in which he said we would get my car, I did not receive any call. I called him the day after for an update and he told me that I still had to wait which it took around 7 days to ship and it was already 5 days before I was supposed to leave. I then proceeded to look at other options and found Kim through Tru Auto Transport. She quickly helped me organize a driver for my car for $ 900 (more expensive but I needed it), while Henry tried to low ball me at $ 800 (offering the driver $ 500 and then keeping $ 300, no wonder no driver wanted to take the job). Kim gave me a great driver (keeping $ 100 for herself and $ 800 for the driver). She was timely and very very accommodating and actually nice! Real talk. My car actually came early too!
I would not recommend Coastal Car Transport or Henry at all. He was very rude and does not know how to handle customers in a professional way. You should use Tru Auto Transport instead!

It was the BEST choice after dealing with so many scammers I was afraid of even shipping my car and was deciding on just driving it to my destination but thought I would just give it one more shot… And ended up with the BEST! ) Stay away from. Henry was great at all aspect of my pick up and delivery of my car across america. He full informed me of any problems and was proactive at resolving any little issues that could had happen. I would complete use and refer back to Henry and COAST CAR TRANSPORT in the future.

Henry was excellent throughout the process, with constant communication and integrity. Our car was delivered within 2 days from MD to Florida. The driver Boris was also very personable and accommodating. We even received a follow up call from Henry to ensure our expectations were met and if we had any comments. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Coastal Car Transport again.
