I didn’t even use this business for my wedding but they were very rude and frankly unprofessionally telling me I needed a lesson in manors because they weren’t on the same page as a business. Find a more professional business.

I suggest that you re-​think using this company. I hired this company for my daughter’s wedding in November 2011. I tried contacting the owner Kim 2 weeks after the wedding once everything had calmed down with a complaint about the service we received that evening, I.E., inferior equipment (multiple songs not playing or skipping badly), bad CD’s (who uses CD’s anymore?), playing genres that we directed him not to play; abruptly ending his evening when he was asked to possibly stay. I gave up calling and sent Kim an email. At that time I did receive a phone call. I was told by Kim, that he would investigate my issues and get back to me after the holidays. I waited till January, then February before I started calling and emailing again. None of my calls were returned or any of my emails answered. 9 months went by when I recently saw an entry on LinkedIn and once again tried to contact Kim. I finally received a phone call from Kim today. He said he purposely did not call me back — that my daughters wedding did not have any of the problems I reported and he had decided that I was lying; I was merely trying to get a break on the price paid. He told me that I lied about the problems we experienced that evening and said he questioned my ethics and integrity! I have never been so insulted in all my life!
