Great game meat processor. I have taken a mule deer and javelina to them and both turned out great. Most people don’t like to hunt javelina because they don’t like the taste of the meat, but that is no issue of you take your javelina to WGP. Javelina bratwurst, chorizo, and summer sausage all taste great. Fast turn around, cheap prices, and great products.
