There original percheron is just perfect. Picture a handmade flour fresh pizza sized tortilla add large portion carne asada, shereded mozzeralla cheese, diced tomatoes, add a bed of fresh avocado literally straight out the shell on top of the meat (they add half of a whole avocado), a line of mayo across the length of the burrito and wrapped it up and you got yourself the mother of all burritos. This thing is huge and for 9 dollars your guaranteed to be full. The self serve sauces that they have out in the fridge is the icing on the cake. You can choose from a chipotle sauce, green sauce, red sauce and sour cream and there all delicious. The burrito also come with whole green jalapenos and limes. Not the prettiest on the outside but what can you expect its a mobile food truck and besides whats really important is the tasty food that they sell.
