Meet the Business Owner

Daniel S.

Business Owner

Daniel Scordato, chef and owner of Vivace restaurant can be seen cooking, hostessing, and even serving if need be at both restaurants on any given night. Originally from New Jersey, Dan and his family relocated to Tucson in the early 70’s partially because of his horrible asthma. Daniels father, James opened Scordatos in Tucson in 1972, where Daniel learned the trade. Daniel has owned several restaurants, he opened Daniels in 1986, and after dissolving his partnership opened Vivace in 1993. Mr. Scordato is proud to say that the two remaining restaurants Vivace and Scordatos Pizzeria are the only Scordato owned restaurants in Tucson at this time.
